Interior

I've been to a number of ramen spots in the area and I'd put this one in the middle. I'm a fan of a super umami broth with a strong flavor... wouldn't quite stay Totto hit the mark on that scale. The pork was okay, but wasn't anything memorable. I did really like the interior of the restaurant. It wasn't too fancy, but it wasn't too casual either. Service was fairly standard. It's a solid spot if you're in Assembly and looking to grab a quick meal. I don't think I'd go back, given there are better options out there, but it certainly wasn't bad.

Obviously one of the trendiest and tastiest ramens you'll ever get in the area. The interior is nicely decorated and the ambiance is very casual and chill. Service was great, they were very attentive and our food came fast. I got the Spicy Paitan Ramen and I wanted it really spicy so this definitely satisfied my cravings! Lots of thick fresh noodles and I enjoy the thick slices of pork! Pork was nicely marinated and I really like the flavor from torching it. I also ordered a kid ramen for my sister but it is just noodles and soup for like $9 and I would like to see some meat in there for that price. Overall, a good place for good ramen, good vibes, and good service.

I came here because a friend of mine recommended it. It's located in a large outdoor shopping outlet with many eateries, so we settled on this because I haven't had ramen in many months. The menu is small which is great because it means the food is probably of high quality. The layout is nice and our server was on top of everything. It's quite expensive however, but given how touristy the area is it didn't surprise me. I got the spicy ramen with chicken and had them add fried garlic. It definitely brought the heat and everything was delicious all around. My only complaint was the chicken, which was tough and lacked flavor by itself.

I love ramen and this place kinda traumatized me Spicy miso -reg miso but with spicy paste you mixed in yourself. It was more like a salty bean paste so I was confused Gyudon -watery rice, liquid pooling on bottom from rice, cucumber, and pickled onion juice Chicken Paitan -so incredibly mid bad even, Pork bao -had reg mayo instead of kewpie (I think) it was strange

I love having a real ramen restaurant in Assembly Row! I've been coming here for years and it is so good! I like how the menu is straightforward with just a couple options. The noodles are wicked filling and delicious. The restaurant itself is small but it works for what this location is; an intimate ramen restaurant where you won't plan to spend a long time at. The service is fast and you'll be in and out much faster than a typical restaurant. They do serve alcohol here if you are wondering! Overall I would recommend this restaurant for single customers or couples. Don't come as a crowd. It's a nice small restaurant vibe and it works well!

Small menu but has all the popular Korean/Japanese options like Korean fried chicken, pork buns and ramen. I got the Spicy Paitan Ramen, which was OK because I have had much better - sorry but it is very hard to beat Philly's Terakawa Ramen. It wasn't spicy enough for me to feel the heat. We also tried their Curry Ramen, it was mildly flavored and had no heat. Overall just okay and hope they can work on their flavors a bit more.

The ramen wasn't anything special, it didn't have as much flavor as I would have liked. It was a good place to grab a meal and sit outside in the summer, but would not go again.

Stupendous. I ordered the "signature" paitan ramen with pork, which included both pulled and sliced pork, scallions, seaweed, and a creamy broth packed with favor. Wife ordered the shrimp ramen, also spectacular. This will be a regular, for sure.

This place is ok, the ramen was good, but very "safe"...no interesting flavors or anything exciting. Probably not worth the price.

What can I say, but the taste is terrible. It is subpar for a ramen place in a big city like Boston.

Shoyu Tsukemen: The tsukemen noodles were much larger than the ramen noodles; a small portion had 200 grams of noodles, which were quite thick and chewy. The chashu叉焼 was stewed until tender, but the broth was extremely oily and had a strong porky smell, which was nauseating. Karaage: It was a little overcooked, but fresh and hot, so it was still pretty good. The sauce was a bit spicy, which was interesting. Aji-tama: The taste was neither good nor bad, but I found eggshell in it. After I reported this, the staff first asked if I had cut myself, and then readily gave me a refund, which was nice.

Did not show up for many many years, suddenly I came here for Miso Ramen and bowl made my day. I ordered Regular size but I should have Large size, they have S, R, and L. Had to finish all soup. Kitchen work is super smooth in Zen spirit, soup and noodle was just perfect. Chashuu did not hit my new favorite bell but still good. Although I could use more green onion without upgrading order. Temperature of the soup and noodle done balanced well, I could not ask more. Great chef, staffs and very professional casual business mind, I will be coming back soon for Miso Ramen which I always have been asking at most of my Ramen Way All My LifeThanks !

I was stuck between getting cold or hot udons but I'm sooo happy we ordered the Signature Cold Niku Udon! The udon was cooked perfectly chewy and the broth was refreshing and light. My spice tolerance is fairly low, but this spice level heightened the udon flavors perfectly. The crunch from the chili + tempura flakes had great texture to pair with the udon. Neeeed to come back again! Hidden in the Lesley University Hall. We hit the jackpot during slower hours, so there was no wait and we were seated immediately. Good to note though that there is a minimum 1 bowl per person in order to dine in. Bar seating + Table seating, the interior was vibey and clean, there were plenty of staff looking after us with waters & cleaning tables. Great experience overall.

There was a huge line outside the restaurant but they gave you menus and took your order in line. Everything was pretty fast and efficient even though they were busy. The inside was bigger than expected, unsure if there's another restaurant connected or just one large area. But we were at bar seats, although it's not a bar just similar seating. They had music going and you can see all the workers vibing, it was good energy to see while eating. The menu isn't large but there is option for cold or hot and spicy. Pick the cold noodles!! They are so good, the soup was good too but the cold noodles are definitely the star of the show. The portion size is great, it was more than I expected and the portion with protein and everything was balanced well. The bowl came with beef, ginger, seaweed and I think tempura. The tempura was a perfect crisp to add into each bite. Unfortunately in the broth it did get pretty soggy.

There were no details or pictures available so we asked the server what each ramen was like and he kindly answered. We ordered the spicy pitan and truffle shoyu ramen. Ramen came pretty quickly and look very appetizing. Once mixed in, the truffle taste is overpowered by the broth but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The chashu was also super tender and thinly sliced giving an almost melt in your mouth feel. The spicy pitan has a thicker curly noodle and thick broth. I preferred the truffle clear broth. Overall great experience and looking forward to come try other flavors!
