Just started using GMR. First time I called them they came out that night even though it was late. They fixed my issue and informed me that the last plumbers used the wrong size piping under our sink. I've used then several times since then for drain snaking. They've always been able to come by asap. They are very affordable too! GMR has been my go to for plumbing. All really nice employees, owner is super nice and responds quickly. read more

I requested quotes from 3 companies over the phone and I was surprised how they varied so significantly. The other companies' quotes scared me off. I had Plumbing Express come out to fix an outdoor valve, replace my water softener and drain my water heater. Rob got to the house at the scheduled time and started to look at the heater. He said my house looked familiar and we realized that he actually installed my 80 gallon water heater 5 years earlier. He was working for a different company at that time and I remembered that he did a great job and even discounted the work significantly since I had cleared the work area before he got there. Rob took care of all of the work in a professional manner and told me to call him if I had any problems. I feel confident that Rob will "make it right" if I have any issues in the future. I highly recommend Rob for your next project. read more

These guys did a good job and were very quick and professional. My toilet was leaking and everything I was doing wasn't working so I gave them a call. What happened was there was a crack under my toilet so no matter what I would have done, it wouldn't have worked. I need a new toilet so they got me one and installed it and it so much better than my original. I'll be using them again although I hope to not have any problems where I would need to, hahaha. read more

He's got really old stuff and this stuff and this is a lot newer than my dad's. So that's what we did and that's when we discovered the leak in the line that the fridge used to make ice! I'm sure the leak had been there for sometime etc. etc. but I called GMR PLUMBING and spoke directly to the owner Jerry! He sent Richard right out! it took a long time to find the line thing because these houses are so old and weird! But he found it and he fixed it! Richard was awesome! BTW I had to pay for it!!!!! Great guys, great service, and fair price. Came out and helped me though some issues with my plumbing. Would absolutely call again.

I was recently preparing my home to sell and needed to replace the valves that supply the washer in the utility room. After calling around for a few quotes, GMR was easily the best fit. I got a quick thorough response at reasonable cost. GMR was also willing to supply a plastic service panel to avoid drywall replacement. New valves looked great. GMR will be on my list for home repairs. read more

Thank goodness for GMR plumbing! As my family was leaving for an extensive vacation, we discovered a serious leak in our front yard (water running down the sides of our driveway). Despite Gerry's team being very busy, he personally visited my property immediately, diagnosed the issue and ensured that the leak was addressed. Because of Gerry's quick response and extensive knowledge of plumbing issues, we were able to enjoy our vacation and know that someone was working hard to take care of our property. Thank you for rescuing us, Gerry! read more

Had them out a couple of weeks ago to replace several hose bibs. Jerry was very professional and worked quickly. I asked him to unplug a bath tub which ended up being a tub stopper problem. Rather than charge me for a simple problem he told me how to fix it and and what I needed to get the job done. I appreciate when a plumber is honest and Jerry earned my trust. Will use him again for sure! read more

Jerry was great all-around. I thought I just had a backed up sink and a broken garbage disposal. Jerry came over, took a look and explained clearly what he was going to do. He discovered that, first of all, I didn't need to replace my garbage disposal, which saved me some money (which is awesome), and second, that there was a blockage elsewhere that was affecting about half my house. Throughout the process, he explained every step and why he was doing what he was doing, and soon after my drains were flowing free and my disposal wasn't leaking. Would recommend GMR to anyone. read more

My renters had a plumbing problem and I called GMR and they were out there right away and fixed the problem, both of them. One half the house was a simple clean out, but they had to go above and beyond to find the problem with the other half of the house. There are good at what they do, show up when they say they will, and are reasonable. I will use them again Dana Nance read more

I called GMR on a Saturday when I had an active water leak slowly flooding my downstairs. After getting much higher quotes from other plumbers to even come out to look, I called GMR. They were very helpful and had a plumber at my house in less than an hour for a reasonable rate. Austin was very nice and helpful. He helped me locate the leak quickly and determine what was wrong. We were able to make sure that no more water was spreading in my downstairs. GMR is now providing me with two different solutions to fix the problem long term. Their punctuality and great customer service means I will definitely use them again in the future. read more

No upsell, no pressure, no bait and switch, just honest, dependable, quality work. I even asked Jerry for quotes on future projects and, if they come back spot on, will use Jerry for those projects. Very friendly, courteous and honest, the 3 values you rarely see in people these days. If you want it done right, at the right price, and by the right person, call Jerry. I needed a new valve, handle and faucet installed for my shower. After getting an outrageous quote from a big name plumber here in the valley I went to YouTube to see if I could do the job myself. After watching many videos it was clear that this job would be well beyond my scope of expertise. The last video I watched was exactly what I needed done. In the video, the guy doing the Job said he was at a house in Gilbert AZ. I immediately looked at the video info to see if there was any company info and sure enough there was. I called and and talked to a gentleman and told him about the video I saw. Turns out he was the guy in the video and also the owner! I explained to him what I needed done and the crazy quote I got from a big name plumber and he was able to quote me a VERY fair price. Not only did he give me a great price but he also sent someone out the next day to get the job done! This company did an amazing job and I will definitely be using them in the future! read more

TotalTech - Plumbing Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

My Garbage Disposal stopped working Sunday evening before Labor Day. I got on Yelp, found several plumbers and sent out emails. Several responded initially wanting more information, which I then provided. However, GMR was willing to come out the next morning, on a holiday to take a look at my disposal. Furthermore, he was willing to cut me a deal, depending on how long and what work was needed to be done. When he arrived Monday morning, he was on time, quickly fixed my disposal, showed me what was wrong, how I could fix a similar issue in the future and we were done. Prompt, courteous, and fair are great qualities for a service contractor and I'll be sure to call GMR again for my plumbing needs. read more

I have been wanting to write this review for some time now, I just kept getting sidetracked. I was in need of a plumber recently and was very lucky when I found Plumbing Express. From the initial call to the completion of the job, the experience was Ten Star service. Very friendly and professional. They kept it completely contactless. The service tech showed up with a mask on did an excellent job and wiped down everything when he was finished. Jerry followed up with me a couple of days later and asked how the service call went and I told him about a concern I had and he had the service tech out the very next morning to answer all of my questions. If you are in need of a plumber, I highly recommend Plumbing Express. They are very friendly, professional and get the job done right. read more

Timely, Fair and Quick Repair. Jerry was responsive, timely and reliable. I will definitely use again. He was great and I recommend.

We needed to replace the valve in our guest bathroom shower and realized after a while that it was too big of a job for us to do. It had been in place for far too long and was so corroded we couldn't get it out despite our best efforts. We called plumbing express (after hours) and they were here within the hour! They were able to get the valve out but unfortunately we then discovered a leaky pipe. They came back the next day as promised to fix it, which required going in thru the drywall behind the shower to replace the pipe. Now the pipe is fixed, valve is replaced and we have a clean looking access panel in our closet if we ever need it. We were very impressed with their timeliness, professionalism, friendliness and reasonable cost. We would definitely use them again if we need a plumber in the future. read more

Hired another plumber to come out and unclog the downstairs bathroom (tub and toilet). After an hour and a half he gave up told me that they would have to tear out the tub, jack hammer the concrete and replace the pipe. Called Jerry and told him what was going on..Jerry came out and just over an hour he had the toilet and tub unclogged plus diagnosed another leak for me. Highly recommended and will only go to Jerry for plumbing repairs. read more

Expedient and effective...Jerry was a pleasure to work with. Will call again in case of future needs.

My kitchen sink had backed up the night before Thanksgiving and Jerry was the first to reply. Within minutes he called me back, before my own apartment complex maintenance, mind you. It was late in the evening and I had honestly expected nobody to be available with the holiday the next day. Jerry is the owner of the company and didn't hesitate to volunteer to come help my situation when all his employees were out in the field. The solution was simple, or at least Jerry made it seem that way, and I had my kitchen sink ready to go for the day of cooking that followed. I really appreciated the honest and fair pricing considering he didn't finish until close to 10pm. He was on my complex's vendor list so he was able to charge me what he'd charge them so it wouldn't be an issue to be reimbursed. The friendly and willing to help attitude was the cherry on top of great service! Thanks so much Jerry! read more

Jerry was more than helpful when my washing machine was leaking water pretty bad. He communicated and was able to come over very quickly! I would highly recommend Jerry and Red Mountain Property Services. read more

Jerry was great, he was able to respond to an urgent call we had after hours and walked us through everything that needed to be done.
