Not only did James research the utilities permit file at the County prior to his visit to the home, he verified the permit records by measuring to the newly increased drainfield size, and then tested the system. He did recommend adding a riser top for ease of maintenance in the years ahead, since it was quite a dig to get to the lid. I have had similar experiences over the years with JR from Stuart Plumbing at various condos and job sites o fly customers, and his team's work has always been exceptional. I didn't realize they did septic inspections, and I can now also highly recommend this company for inspections. But don't forget them when it comes to new construction and maintenance/replacement work, too. Trustworthy, Honest and Reliable and fairly priced, too.

My mother, who is 74, trusted them because others in her community used them, and I'm sure the Jupiter location and lighthouse logo didn't hurt! I confronted LP about how the copper pipes were mounted on the exterior of the home as they did the job. They had copper pipes running down the white exterior wall of a home in a beautiful Palm Beach Gardens community. Subpar work anywhere in modern times! LP said it wasn't possible to mount on the interior and refused to mount on the interior. I was then assured that this was okay and would not be an issue with the HOA. I explained that it would be an issue for me if the HOA or Code was violated. I was assured it would not be a problem! End result... their work resulted in an HOA violation and costing more out-of-pocket expenses to correct! Modern plumbing is not normally run down the exterior of a home! Grant said he would correct the plumbing with more money and at a discount ($395), which he stated was "at cost". Grant said he cannot be expected to be held accountable for HOA rules. It should be noted that Grant was yelling at me when I called him out on the deception. I questioned his yelling when he finally allowed me to speak and Grant blamed his loud voice on his diesel truck. Ok. lol. It appears that running pipes down the exterior like the 60's is easier and more lucrative . Why would you hire this company??? Buyer beware!!! In my opinion, based on education and experience, Grant wanted to make more money by cutting corners by being misleading and deceptive. We were 100% willing to have the job done right the first time. Grant complained that he would have to charge more. It's sad that some contractors are deceptive and lack transparency. I get it though...I guess there's a lot of older people here to take advantage of.

I had two different surveys with the tank and drain field located differently on each. Tony knew how to track down the entire system. Tony was professional and very upbeat. He is an excellent representative for Jupiter Septic.

When it came time to get it done, friends referred us to Jupiter Septic Service, also known as Dan's Backhoe--and I'm so glad they did. From the moment I called, their responsiveness stood out. They gave us a time estimate and showed up within an hour and a half--right on schedule. The field technician, Tony, is a true Journeyman. Watching him work was like watching someone perform a well-practiced craft. I had no idea where the septic tank was located on the property, but Tony found it in just a few minutes--no electronics, no second-guessing. It was as if his instincts and experience worked like a divining rod. Once located, the real labor began. The tank was under a mature row of plantings, tangled in roots and dense earth. Tony dug in, literally and figuratively, working steadily, never complaining, and fully focused on the task at hand. Tony took the time to make sure the property was better than he received it--that is Service Excellence! Professionalism, craftsmanship, and good old-fashioned hard work--that's what you'll get with Jupiter Septic Service. I'd recommend them without hesitation. As for Tony-- he is a fantastic Ambassador for this company and I hope the owners are reading this.

So, I picked up the phone and called Atlantic Plumbing & Septic on my way to drop off Charles and Ava. He explained everything to me (if you know me, you know I need a lot of explaining) and only recommended services that was needed. He explained to me what we needed to have done. He never tried to sell us anything that we didn't need. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We've used two other companies in the past, but with the knowledge and customer service, I would recommend Atlantic Plumbing & Septic all day, everyday. Not to mention how incredibly fair priced they are for their services. For the two hours of service today (and he still needs to come back tomorrow morning), I expected to pay a decent amount from previous experiences. And yet, the price was incredibly reasonable. Actually, my husband and I were in shock at how reasonable the price was for the service. I highly recommend this company to all my friends in West Palm Beach!! If you have any issues with your plumbing or septic, do yourself a favor and only call Atlantic. Check them out on facebook or at http://www.atlanticseptics.com/index.html.
