The techs were extremely thorough and at the end of the job, they did a detailed inspection of the tank for cracks/leaks, while at the same time removing all intruding roots/vegetation. They also took the time to wash and clean the insides of the tanks. The last company we had wouldn't even pump out the last foot of debris from our tank but still charged full price. What a disappointment they were. Southern Septic was such a breath of fresh air compared to that last company. I would give Southern Septic full 10 stars if I could. They were amazing. After the company that did the drainfield refused to come fix the problem. I found 24-7 Pump Out and they immediately agreed to come out on a Saturday (by the way no extra weekend fee crap). I live in Palm Beach Gardens, Palm Beach County and within a few hours they came out and fixed everything, plus did a complete blow out of the inside pipes for a minimal amount of money. Jason and Michael literally saved my weekend because I had out of town guests staying with me (we had to drive to local Publix to use the bathroom...it was that bad!) Plus I had a big birthday dinner party scheduled that weekend. Since then Jason has been hands on and has personally followed up with me with a genuine concern that with rainy season coming he wanted to let me know that the old septic lids (long time needed) needed to be replaced whether I used his company or another company...
