These people are CROOKS! They send people who know nothing or don't speak English and try to bang you for $300 for doing absolutely nothing. They empty septic tanks and lie about how much they take out and charge you the max. They don't like for you to look at the float on the truck which tells you how full the truck already is with waste and always tell you they take out the max gallons the truck holds and when you call them out they get pissed and blacklist your address. They tell you one price to repair or install new motors and when you ask for it in writing they increase it and add misc items.

After a little sucking they wrapped everything up and told me how full my tank was with this and than. It was an easy service and everything was taken care of. I don't believe they do any additional inspection of your tank. A few weeks later everything backed up and we had to hire a plumber to tell us our tank and pipes were full of roots. They clearly expalined that the issue (flies everywhere) was not due to the tank being full but to the sludge which had not been addressed at the bottom of the tank. They used pressure equipment to loosen the sludge and then re-pumped the sludge out, and it has made all the difference in the world. Finally, no flies. And no concern about a clogged drain field which would have been a major disaster for my yard and required removal of two of my prized fruit trees.
