The techs were extremely thorough and at the end of the job, they did a detailed inspection of the tank for cracks/leaks, while at the same time removing all intruding roots/vegetation. They also took the time to wash and clean the insides of the tanks. The last company we had wouldn't even pump out the last foot of debris from our tank but still charged full price. What a disappointment they were. Southern Septic was such a breath of fresh air compared to that last company. I would give Southern Septic full 10 stars if I could. They were amazing. For those on a tight budget, they also had the best price that we've ever paid. Give Southern a try! You won't be disappointed!

They responded within minutes and told me they would have someone out to the home later in the day. Jason came out to our house and was amazing! He explained everything to me (if you know me, you know I need a lot of explaining) and only recommended services that was needed. He explained to me what we needed to have done. He never tried to sell us anything that we didn't need. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We've used two other companies in the past, but with the knowledge and customer service, I would recommend Atlantic Plumbing & Septic all day, everyday. Not to mention how incredibly fair priced they are for their services. For the two hours of service today (and he still needs to come back tomorrow morning), I expected to pay a decent amount from previous experiences. And yet, the price was incredibly reasonable. After a little sucking they wrapped everything up and told me how full my tank was with this and than. It was an easy service and everything was taken care of. I don't believe they do any additional inspection of your tank. A few weeks later everything backed up and we had to hire a plumber to tell us our tank and pipes were full of roots.
