They were one of 3 companies I called and the only one who responded within 2 hours and made an appointment with me the next day. Other plumbers in our area want a show up at your door fee along with an hourly labor fee and this company pricing structure has a more customer friendly approach. Their prices were fair and reasonable compared to the other plumbing charlatans in my area. My technicians name was Michael and there is another 5 start review of Michael as the professional he is, and I agree with everything she said about his demeanor. He is humble, kind, informative and gives great suggestions to safe time and effort with the completion of my job. He cleaned up and did a fantastic professional job and I am so very happy with the outcome. There is no doubt, Doctor Rooter company would be the first I call again with any plumbing issue and I wish I had found them when I removed my garbage disposal 4 months ago. Thank you for being the professional and responsive company that you are. A shout out to Kadine for hooking me up with Michael. Big Hug. :-)

At noon, they called back and said they had a stop nearby they had to take care of. They will be at my house in 1 to 1.5 hrs. It's now been over 3 hours since they called and a no show. I have called back twice and gotten voice-mail. No call back yet. I'm not even sure they will show up today. Update: Michael called me about a half hour from my last unhappy post. He was on his way. Ends up the water inlet valve corroded and stopped the water flow. He replaced it at what I originally thought was a high price. I thought it would be covered eith the hitcwater heater plan. Nope, warranty Co said I would have needed the inside plumbing plan. Oh well. I checked with my regular plumber and he said the price was reasonable. So about 25 mins after ironing out all the facts, I had hot water again. The old Rheem water heater is still going strong 17 years later. I woukd use them again.

WARNING TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: I DO NOT RECOMMEND Vuksani Service Group DBA Michael Caputo…read morePlumbing . Their lack of quality control and accountability turned a straightforward shower installation into a loss of more than $10,000. They installed my shower valve incorrectly and closed the wall without catching the error, leaving my new shower inoperable and voiding the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer, a 3rd party licensed contractor and plumber all confirmed the incorrect installation and that proper testing should have caught the problem before the wall was tiled. When I requested progress photos and pressure-test documentation, none was provided. Because my matching tile size had been discontinued, reopening the wall required demolishing and rebuilding the shower enclosure. I paid another plumber and tile contractor $10,618.27 to correct their work and restore my shower. Despite repeated calls, texts, and emails, the company provided no repair plan or resolution. After nearly two months, the owner contacted me only after I called the company's insurance broker to file a claim. He argued that I had ordered the wrong valve--even though the manufacturer confirmed that I had not--and still offered no solution. When I said I would file a complaint with the Florida DBPR, he accused me of "defamation" and said he would "make sure this goes to court." A plumbing mistake is bad enough. Refusing to take responsibility and leaving a customer with more than $10,000 in damages is far worse.

He seemed like a great guy and didn't have all the parts he needed in the van so offered to come back the next day - no problem. He came back, completed the "repair" and was paid $350. When I contacted the gas company to have the gas turned back on they came out inspected the work that was done by Joe and alerted me to the fact that the repair wasn't done to code and was a safety hazard. As a result, they could not turn the gas back on. I called Joe and he said he would be back the next day to fix it correctly...and the next day came and went...unfortunately didn't hear back from him. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company for any gas work, maybe they're good with sinks and toilets?

Hired Imperial based on a recommendation from someone I know. They came out to look our sink --…read morewhich was not draining well -- and seemed very nice. They noticed that the drain line is higher and suggested that might be something to keep an eye on. I asked if we needed to replace the disposal entirely and they said no. They took it apart, cleaned it, and water was able to drain out again. The next day, the sink / garbage disposal stopped draining again so we started reaching out. They weren't very responsive but a couple days later came back out. They seemed annoyed already. He told me it was because I put too much down it (in a day?) and the drain line was higher so it couldn't drain. I told them the drain line has been higher for years, and we have never had an issue. So for that "old issue" to be the reason why my sink stopped working in a day, was illogical. They THEN told me my disposal was broken ... and it would be $250 to replace. I asked if the $150 I had just paid to clean the broken disposal a few days ago would be applied to that installation, they ghosted. I haven't heard anything back and will be fighting this charge with my credit card company. In summary: They said it wasn't broken, cleaned it, charged me $150... only for it to stop a day later. THEN they told me it was broken (after the first excuse failed) and wanted to charge me $250. As it stands, I paid $150 to clean a broken disposal.

I found Andrew and his business Imperial Plumbing using a handyman search. Multiple people…read morecontacted me within moments of entering the details of my small job (slow leak from the toilet). Andrew was the 2nd to call but because his message was not automated I called him back first. I checked him out and found 1 review (5 star)and his business profile but I did not find his business license so that was a crapshoot. When he arrived he did inform me he IS INSURED! I could tell on the phone he was young but once he heard my issue I could also tell he wasn't BS'n me. He told me it would be 150 and an extra 100 IF the problem was worse than we/he thinks. He also informed me he could take a credit card. I told him it shouldn't be and - it was not. We agreed on a time the next morning and he showed up on time with his gear. I recognize he's a small business so he didn't arrive in a commercial truck- like from a fleet. Andrew had his gear and went right to work. He showed me why the leak occurred which was pretty simple (sort of) protective ring inside over time evaporated. He was professional, personable and I will use his services again and recommend. For an additional nominal fee, he looked at a 2nd bathroom that was running too long after each flush and fixed that. One thing I know is you get what you pay for. I spent 200 bucks and gave him a tip and he told me if the leak came back within 2 weeks (which we both doubt) he comes back and fix it for free. Once we spoke I learned he is trying to get this business going and his next big purchase will be a truck. Good to see young people doing good things. Glad I went with Imperial and Andrew - I will 100% use him again if needed and will recommend him. If he had a commercial business license I would use him for my businesses, unfortunately, he is for residential. Overall we are VERY pleased with Andrew and his service. Highly reccommend.
