So I called and they took my name so they would make sure they were ready in the morning when they opened. They called me as they were printing them tonight. I stopped by and they showed me the ones printed with a little white on the top. The manager so kindly edited the business cards and they printed the new ones. The kind man printed all of them and I just had to sign and will have them to hand out tomorrow for welcome week for GCU. I highly recommend this Staples staff with any printing needs.

This is the second time I had Scott repair a printer. The first printer was a lost cause and he…read moretold me to get a better printer. Which we did. Our 3 year old printer was giving a message that the printer could not print. I looked up the error message and was to clean the ink drum. I found a spring on top of the black ink drum. Removed it, cleaned the ink drum. Tried to print. The printer did not. Turned it off and back on, same message. Called Scott and set a time and day to check it out. He couldn't find where the spring came from. It may have been from the factory but it will remain a mystery. Scott had to put some time with this non-printing printer. He said it was the drum rollers and had to replace all four of them. He is really good and impressed with his knowledge of fixing printers.

Now, if I am heading to a store for supplies, this is the one I'd go to (as I did yesterday). The staff are always helpful, the supplies are always in stock, and they often have special deals or clearance offers. Sometimes the prices are more expensive for store items compared to other places though. The store offers professional printing including advice on design, materials, and techniques to ensure vibrant, high-quality prints with sharp details. There is also self-service printing which offers a quick option for making copies, sending faxes, and scanning documents. I have used the self-service kiosks on multiple occasions over the years. There are also packing services and FedEx and USPS shipping services offered. Other services include shredding services, tech services, ink and toner recycling (for a credit!), and applying for TSA PreCheck. This store offers free store pick-up (ready in 15 minutes) and free same-day print services printed (if ordered by 2 PM). The store hours are weekdays from 9 AM to 8 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM. To make the most out of Office Max (and Office Depot) shopping, you should sign up for their reward program, which you can find more details at https://www.officedepot.com/l/rewards. By signing up for the free program, you will earn 2% back in rewards, earn $2 back in rewards for reviews, earn rewards on print and copy, earn rewards for ink/toner recycling, and if you spend $500, you would become VIP and get 5% back plus free delivery. There are also weekly deals announced every Monday. Rewards members can even earn 100% back in bonus rewards on Duracell Coppertop batteries! I certainly recommend this store for those who need to get something printed or purchase some store supplies.
