Less than 48 hours ago I wandered…read morethis very large store in search of one small item, and ultimately an employee to help with locating said item to only find myself at the front of the store. Finally spying what seemed to be the ONLY employee in the store I am cutoff in a foot race with a new shopper who had just walked in the door and had "one simple question". The lone cashier speaks into the mysterious shoulder-com and calls over a coworker to assist this new shopper. Then she attempts to tell me where the item is but ultimately decides to have the coworker come back and help me when he's done with the other, because now she has "customers" to check out. Fast forward 48 hours to return for more of the SAME ITEM, which is now moved somewhere else. There are people at the cutting table with lines 3-4 people deep (as is usual and customary as I have experienced YEARS of idle shopping while waiting for my number to be called) I rudely interrupt with my simple question and the staff member tells me that they've been moved to the other corner, but wait they might be up front near the kids stuff... STOP MOVING THE STORE AROUND. LEAVE THINGS IN THE SAME AREA AND STAFF YOUR STORE WITH MEMBERS ON THE FLOOR TO ASSIST YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR SHOPPING. Forcing customers to wander around lost for hours is unfair to them. I am finally permanently done giving this store any of my money. I left my items on the cutting table and left the store. I will not return.

So we had Sitwell do the much-needed re-upholstery work on the old glider, while also finishing the looks of the wood. Marisela did a fantastic job on it. They were so great about being sensitive to the delivery date of the baby - which kept getiing sooner and sooner. So they now have their newly done glider all ready for when baby arrives. I would definitely use them again.

After being fully paid in November, the remaining 10% of the project has still not been completed months later. I have called, texted, and tried reaching out multiple times with very limited response or communication. At one point, Rick told me they had a bigger project that took priority and that my job had been pushed to the back of the line. Unfortunately, that still doesn't excuse the complete lack of follow-through or communication. What started as a good working relationship turned sour very quickly. I am beyond frustrated with Rick's lack of professionalism and communication regarding finishing this project. I finally informed him that I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I've run out of options trying to get this resolved. My advice: be very cautious about making final payment until every part of the project is fully completed.
