I responded back with a few minor changes and asked if they could deliver the product on a very short timeline. They not only beat my deadline, but they also improved the original design. The staff is friendly, responsive, and most importantly very creative. Things that are highly desirable when taking a project from an idea to reality in a short period of time. The customer service lady was very helpful in picking out a suitable frame and talked me through framing options without being pushy about upselling (I ended up foregoing the higher-priced options, at her recommendation). She treated the framing selection process with care like she was going to be putting the map in her own home. She was also very patient in answering all my questions, as this was my first-ever custom framing experience. During the framing process, the world map poster that I wanted framed incidentally got damaged. The store owner personally called me to apologize and offer to order a replacement. The owner said damages like that basically NEVER happen - and honestly the poster was already in less than perfect condition due to shipping from a foreign country so it probably wasn't even their fault. Well, turned out the replacement they received wasn't the same as the original, so they notified me and re-ordered the correct replacement again at their own expense. While it made for a bit of a delay, I appreciated their honesty about what happened and willingness to make the situation right. Their customers are obviously their priority. Only a few days later after the correct replacement came in, I got to pick up my custom framed world map. It was so stunning and so the woman who helped me pick the frame clearly knew what she was doing. The reason for the 3 stars is the pick up area inside the store seemed unattended. I approached the area to pick up an order and there was no counter or anything, just a standing booth with no one there. I waited around and asked an employee if anyone was available, she just said I'd need to wait until they were back inside from taking out drive up orders. At this massive location, you'd think they'd have a better system in place.
