I've called Me. Appliance out several times and have ALWAYS received great service. The techs are…read moreprofessional and clean any mess that results from their work. The repairs they've made have been quality and lasted for years. I'd definitely recommend them to others and know I can count on them to properly diagnose and repair our appliance issues.

Instead, more than a month passed with no meaningful action or updates from the company. I repeatedly had to follow up myself to find out what was happening. The most concerning part of my experience was a phone call with someone who identified themselves as the Operations Manager. When I politely asked for their name, I received the response, "I am the Operations Manager, and that's all you get." I found this to be unprofessional and discourteous, especially for someone in a management position. Customer service should include respectful communication, accountability, and keeping customers informed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. After payment was made, there appeared to be little urgency to resolve the issue or provide updates. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mr. Appliance. I hope the company takes steps to improve its customer service, communication, and follow-through. Hence, future customers receive the level of professionalism they deserve.

You had to wait until it rinsed and filled up again to see if rearranging made it happy... usually not! After 3 calls, my "warrantee" wouldn't cover any more unbalanced loads. They looked me straight in the eye and said I couldn't wash things like 4 bath towels and a light blanket together. The bucket was big enough to hide in. Lowes would not take it back. It barely moved the clothes around anyway, just grunts and twists an inch or so, depending entirely on the chemicals and taking 1 hour 30 minutes to finish. New stabilizer bars didn't help the unbalancing problems. Sometimes it would just quit advancing. You had to start all over!!!! So I traded in my $1400 worth of scrap metal for a $250 Sears washing machine from Howards with mechanical dials and about 20 extra settings. Yes the capacity was less but it cleans MUCH better. I can open the door while it's running. It finishes a cycle in less than half the time. So hooray for Howards. They sell new stuff with scratches and dents too. When I bought a new dishwasher from them, the repairman spent almost an hour figuring out how one drawer was warped and fixed it perfectly. People are highly motivated to complain when something goes wrong and rarely take the time to say good things. This store should not be disparaged by disgruntled malcontents.

Out of the blue my normally dependable washing machine decided to take a much needed break and…read moredecided that it would no longer fill with water. Since water is really important for clean clothes, I knew I had to have it fixed. I looked around on the internet and happened upon CSRA Appliance Repair. Read some ratings on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I placed a call and received a quick response from the owner and we set up a time and date to meet (i.e. no 4-hour window of service but an actual appointment). He was punctual and sent texts to let me know he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed my issue and ordered the needed part for repair. He came back the day the part came in as promised and was able to solve the issue. The price I paid for the repair was pretty on par for the repair prices I saw online for the issue the machine was having so, I am happt with that as well. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service and definitely would call them again if I needed another repair.

That was end of July, now in September and no repair completed. Still unable to use ice maker or water dispenser. $800 waste. Aaron does not return calls or texts. Very poor service. At this point only legal action may resolve the issue.
