So we made an appointment for the 27th of January and she said since they are only open between 10am to 3 pm, that's when they would show up and she would personally call me when he was headed my way. Here we are 3:03pm and no phone call, no response to my text, nothing. These people are unprofessional, unorganized. Do it if you want to waste your time but here I am slowly coming up on two months without my dishwasher and they don't care about my time. He'll! My warranty people are no better if they keep doing business with these people.

He came on 10/30/25 to look at my washing machine. He told me it needed a new spider assembly. I paid $385 in labor and $317.28 for the spider assembly. He then wrote me that I needed an additional spindle that was $338.87. He said he was coming back on 12/6 to repair the machine but did not return until 12/7 to repair it. On 12/8 I turned the washing machine on and it was making loud noises and was leaking from the bottom. At that time I was unsure when he could come back so I bought a new machine. He then come on 12/11/25 to pick up the washing machine and take it to his shop and rebuild it. He said "I'll have it back in a few days to a week". On 1/18/26 he said he would be back in the next couple of days. On 1/24/26 he said the washing would be done in the morning. He then wrote that he would have to pick another time. Over the next month he rescheduled the delivery numerous times. He did send a video of it working. He returned the machine to me on 3/5/26. It is now sitting in my basement, a $1000 decoration.

Instead, more than a month passed with no meaningful action or updates from the company. I repeatedly had to follow up myself to find out what was happening. The most concerning part of my experience was a phone call with someone who identified themselves as the Operations Manager. When I politely asked for their name, I received the response, "I am the Operations Manager, and that's all you get." I found this to be unprofessional and discourteous, especially for someone in a management position. Customer service should include respectful communication, accountability, and keeping customers informed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. After payment was made, there appeared to be little urgency to resolve the issue or provide updates. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mr. Appliance. I hope the company takes steps to improve its customer service, communication, and follow-through. Hence, future customers receive the level of professionalism they deserve.

This company had the earliest availability, best plan of action that met our needs, & most reasonable rate. **Owner has no-showed 2 appointments, with zero notification, causing full days of missed work & untold inconvenience. **Repeatedly ghosted calls **Failed to return calls that he did eventually decide to pick up & promised to return, after he would 'look into things' **Failed to request the work permit required for the job, knowing full well a permit was required **Failed to schedule the drop request on my meter, stating he 'had to check his email for emails from GA Power to see if they received the drop request'. That's weird, they don't send out emails confirming anything (I called the Drop # myself to find out how things work); you call, they tell you when they can drop your power, you either accept or don't, & it happens. With a week's lead time before my scheduled appointment, there was PLENTY of time for the drop to be scheduled, so again, he simply didn't do it. They can't do it the day-of. **Owner has clearly been on other jobs when we've called to ask about his ETA on our appt days (this is an all day job). I'm fed up with the incompetence at this point. There isn't an office number, or staff, all you get is the owner. I've been attempting to get this work scheduled & completed since early May, & I've been beyond patient, polite, & incredibly accommodating, but all reserves of patience have been squandered.
