Out of the blue my normally dependable washing machine decided to take a much needed break and decided that it would no longer fill with water. Since water is really important for clean clothes, I knew I had to have it fixed. I looked around on the internet and happened upon CSRA Appliance Repair. Read some ratings on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I placed a call and received a quick response from the owner and we set up a time and date to meet (i.e. no 4-hour window of service but an actual appointment). He was punctual and sent texts to let me know he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed my issue and ordered the needed part for repair. He came back the day the part came in as promised and was able to solve the issue. The price I paid for the repair was pretty on par for the repair prices I saw online for the issue the machine was having so, I am happt with that as well. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service and definitely would call them again if I needed another repair. read more

We called for repair for ice maker/ water dispenser back in June. Appointment rescheduled a few times, new board put in but display panel was damaged while replacing it, which we had to pay for. It was to be 7 days before part came in. That was end of July, now in September and no repair completed. Still unable to use ice maker or water dispenser. $800 waste. Aaron does not return calls or texts. Very poor service. At this point only legal action may resolve the issue. read more

over charged for parts and service. $600 dollars later, I still have a broken washer. A week pasted and continued to over charge for parts. You are better off purchasing a new machine then going through them. read more

Through and professional. Fixed it right time first time. He was on time and efficient. I have used him on several items. They were able to fix the item. If the item was not worth fixing then he would tell me. There was no. Milking the labor hours. read more

Aaron has provided good services for small issues like the ice maker or dishwasher. However, I had significant issues with his repair of my washing machine. He came on 10/30/25 to look at my washing machine. He told me it needed a new spider assembly. I paid $385 in labor and $317.28 for the spider assembly. He then wrote me that I needed an additional spindle that was $338.87. He said he was coming back on 12/6 to repair the machine but did not return until 12/7 to repair it. On 12/8 I turned the washing machine on and it was making loud noises and was leaking from the bottom. At that time I was unsure when he could come back so I bought a new machine. He then come on 12/11/25 to pick up the washing machine and take it to his shop and rebuild it. He said "I'll have it back in a few days to a week". On 1/18/26 he said he would be back in the next couple of days. On 1/24/26 he said the washing would be done in the morning. He then wrote that he would have to pick another time. Over the next month he rescheduled the delivery numerous times. He did send a video of it working. He returned the machine to me on 3/5/26. It is now sitting in my basement, a $1000 decoration. read more

I contacted Arron H. on 4/14/2024 at 8 AM when my LG refrigerator stopped cooling after a brief power outage. He charged an after-hours surcharge because it was a Sunday and he arrived at after 5 PM that day. He said the compressor went out and charged $1,119.50 to replace it. He asked and received the payment in full before the work was started. Aaron returned on Tuesday late afternoon to make the repairs. I called him on Wednesday 4/17/24 when it still wasn't cooling. He said he would be here at 1 PM and arrived 4:30 PM. He said it would take all night to cool down. It still wasn't working the next morning. He returned again after calling him at 7 AM on Thursday 4/18/24 and said he would have time to come after lunch. He arrived at 5:30 PM and worked on it until 8:00 PM and said it was all fixed. IT WAS NOT. I have lost hundreds of dollars of food and lost wages waiting for Aaron to arrive hours after the time he agreed upon. He blamed it on a faulty compressor and would not refund any of the money paid. I asked to see his license and he said he didn't have it with him day after day. I found out on the third visit that he was not an authorized repair person for LG appliances. He badly scratched the hardwood floors and blamed it on the refrigerator. You can't get a straight answer from him. I URGE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM AARON AND CSRA APPLIANCE REPAIR. HE IS THE SOLE OWNER. read more

Hired Aaron to repair my water fountain. Asked him to address two issues via written correspondence online. He repaired one of the problems but ignored the second. When I called him about the other problem he basically said it wasn't a problem and subsequently didn't take responsibility for damage he caused to my wall. I hired another repairman . He blamed the damage to the wall on the other repairman. Don't trust this company - they don't listen or take responsibility for their mistakes. You might have to pay twice and hire a painter too. read more

I called Arron on 1/1/23 to fix my LG refrigerator.. he came out charged $1100 up front . to find out later it was double the price for the parts and repairs. He has been out six or seven times he's ordering parts that are not right. Every time he puts the compressor in it doesn't work and he blames it on the company sent him a bad compressor he has brunt holes in my floor with the soldering gun, it is now 6/11/2023 and I still have no refrigerator. He finally a month ago took it to his shop so he can monitor it and every time I call him he blames it on the rain why he hasn't worked on it. I would hope that my refrigerator is in the shop not outside . I do not recommend Aaron C.S.R.A. He will not refund our money and he will not admit to not knowing how to fix the refrigerator. He probably buy this time has spent more money coming back-and-forth but this all could've been eliminated if he would've just told me from the get-go that he didn't know how to do it and he comes late in the afternoon and works on it three or four hours when we all have to go to bed to go to work the next morning .he is on the phone googling how to fix it. read more

Arron has came to my house 6 or 7 times. First repair job he came 2 times to fix our Viking refrigerator and had to come back the 3rd time because he left the thermostat off and had to install it. All our food froze and was lost. The second repair job was on our Viking freezer where he had to order a fan. When the fan came in it was the wrong one. When he got the correct fan and he installed it, only the lower half of the freezer would freeze. All of the food in the top half was lost due to not being frozen. When he came out to correct his problem he broke one of the shelves and had to order also the freezer made so much noise we had to turn it off. It has been 5 weeks and no Aaron. After 3 months of dealing with CSRA our freezer is not fixed nor can I get Arron to respond to my texts or answer my phone calls. VERY POOR SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS REPAIR PERSON. read more

Not many people come out to Thomson. Aaron arrived at the scheduled appointment time. He quickly diagnosed my problem with my leaking refrigerator. It's an older Amana and the part had to be ordered and it took a while to come in. Once he had the part, we scheduled another appointment, he arrived on time and had it repaired in 20 minutes. Done and gone. Thanks read more

No clue what's going on . Asked for payment upfront and was going to charge for services I didn't need . Website says they accept cards but when he got to my house says check or cash ? Had another repair company come fix and the showed me the damage CSRA caused banging on my stove top . Looked up parts he wrote down and they don't even go with my type of stove top . I wouldn't trust this guy and his communication during the repair isn't professional. He also caused 2 deep cuts in my counter top banging without a towel or cloth under the stove top he pulled out . And scratched my hardwood floor drop tools and bag several times frustrated he could fix the problem .He is now costing me $1200 to fix his mistake . DONT USE THIS COMPANY. read more
