Great personal touch and we felt like we already knew him. There is a level of comfort there. The plumber quickly diagnosed what he needed to do when we told him what happened. He came in and quickly resolved our problem. A very nice polite young man who enjoyed his craft and is very knowledgeable. Lastly their price is VERY FAIR. Not expensive and that is also a plus. But after the car stalled again - I knew I needed professional help. I took it to Advance Auto Parts who "tested" my battery and said it was great, but my alternator was shot. The next day I took it to Monty's and the staff was friendly and willing to inspect it for me. They immediately saw all I had was a loose bolt on my battery that got overlooked. After tightening it, the alternator and battery read great! Went from potentially a $600-700 estimate to just one bolt needing to be fixed -I was so happy the issue was easy to solve :). Plus the staff member that helped me was super knowledgeable and explained to me different parts of my car too so I know what I can look out for next time. I really appreciate Monty's Electric & Repair help and highly recommend them !

I was afraid it would be a major problem and very costly. He knew right away how it should be done, and to code and safety. He gave me a reasonable quote, lower than i expected and showed up the day that he promised to do the job. He was very knowledgeable, and professional and i wish there were more jobs i needed him for. I will recommend him to anyone who needs his specialty! Also note that other places you call for vent cleaning quote you an amount to come and give you an estimate, then later will not take off the amount you paid for the estimate off of the job.
