We recently purchased a French door refrigerator from the Aiken location. After a horrendous experience with delivery and install of a washer / dryer from one of the big home center chains last year, we were delighted with the expert and candid advice from Race in the Aiken store and even happier with the fact that Kelly's prices were the same as the big national chains. The absolute best part of our purchase was the installation today. First, the installers are Kelly employees, not a delivery company who is only worried about how fast they can get finished and end up damaging our home and the new appliances. Kelly installers were incredibly careful, and took their time with a very tight install, and were very professional. My oven broke on my range over a year ago, so I have been hunting for a new one ever since. When you walk into Kelley's you will be quickly greeted. I was very limited as to the replacement or I would have to remodel the kitchen. My husband & I opted not to remodel. He also insisted on putting his hands on it before we bought it. After shopping several stores, I thought that was going to be impossible until we entered Kelley's. They have many very nice kitchen displays. I highly recommend visiting them before you remodel your kitchen or buy new appliances They have competitive pricing and we were tempted to buy discounted floor models. The customer service concerning the sales was fantastic as it was provided by Mr. Harmon. My wife and I had experienced a rather unsatisfactory adventure with a competing appliance store. After Mr. Harmon introduced himself, we were on our way to a very satisfying, professional and competent sales experience. Not only did they offer the same product as the other store, it also came with a much lower price, local delivery and repair service. I was in dire need of a washing machine, my current washer quite working at the most inconvenient time during the 2020 shelter in place for Covid 19. Kelley's Appliances was the only appliance store that offered delivery and set up in the CSRA. Thankfully Kelley's is a family owned and operated business so the sales people as well as the delivery drivers and appliance set up were all in the same family. Evelyn was the salesperson I spoke to on the phone and she answered all my questions as was extremely helpful.
