They have been SOOOOOO patient, supportive, understanding, reliable and gone on several occasions BEYOND the CALL of DUTY. If other various companies were 1/3 as SPLENDIFEROUS, my life would be much more peaceful. Not to mention my blood pressure wayyyy better!!     While far from hick up free, the overall experience dealing with Dave's Appliance Warehouse has…read morebeen exceptional. Throughout the process of getting a commercial style stove, dishwasher and fridge ordered, delivered and installed, Andrea and the rest of the staff/ownership has been very communicative and "on top of things." As for the hick ups: 1. The vented hood initially ordered was an "open box" on the showroom floor, supposedly in "perfect condition." Two days prior to the scheduled installation, the staff inspected the hood again and found it to be dented. Hence, on "round one," only the stove, fridge and dishwasher were installed. When it turned out that the replacement hood would take far too long to arrive and the second installation appointment would be missed, Dave's simply supplied an alternate hood to not miss the installation deadline. Could someone have looked at the hood sooner than 2 days before the first installation (it sat on their floor for 4+ weeks...) to avoid needing a "creative" solution? Sure. That said, issue is solved. 2. Right after installation, I noticed that the Dacor stove had two of the same knobs on the front rather than a "mode selector" and a "temperature" knob. Promptly calling the store, I was assured a correct knob would be ordered immediately and be available for the second installation appointment. The knob did indeed show up and was installed during the second visit. Issue solved as well. 3. The "alternate" hood turned out to have a significantly "skinnier" chimney, necessitating a reconfiguration of the ductwork that had already been put in place in anticipation of the original hood showing up. Thankfully, after some creative adjustments, the alternate hood fits perfectly. Once again, issue solved. Overall pricing was very fair, the "B stock" Dacor range as a matter of fact was an outstanding value. Will use Dave's again for future appliance needs.

    I was told by the wanna-be manager DAVID OR DAVE Which ever he likes to go by, that I wasn't…read moreallowed to be helped any longer and me and my 8 month old needed to leave to make space for other customers due to being "short staffed " or serviced again AT ALL after spending 500$ and 3 hours of my time being serviced and bought new phone from Louie that I am not ALLOWED to ask questions about my new phone. Kept shewing me and my child out the door and I did absolutely nothing. my child is so good she doesn't fuss or cry and loves people so that was not a factor here. He was on his phone the entire time they were packed with people. When asked to help other customers he said " short staffed " again. IF YOURE THE MANAGER MANDATING THE DOOR IS NOT A PRIORITY. Helping the 9 other customers are. I see you know how to service more than being a door man based on the previous reviews about you. You need to be fired. Your attitude towards people who spend money here needs to be rectified. If it wasn't for Louie stepping in and helping me with a simple question, overriding you in you telling him not to answer my question I would've went to Tmobile immediately. You would've lost 2 customers that day. ON TOP OF US BEING MILITARY. This is absurd. Louis was very well-versed and and articulated the whole entire upgrade so well I was able to actually want to even buy the phone bc I just came from Waynesboro location ready to close my account with the poor service. You need to make Louie manager already. At this point you're doing the company and location a disservice keeping this man in a position he makes a joke of. On camera. I would've added 0 zero stars for Dave and 5 stars if I only was handled by Louie throughout the process.
