I feel like I come here more often than an average person but I know that they're always getting in new stuff and it sells pretty fast too. If you think this place looks empty just come back within the next couple of days and it'll be over packed with new clothes, shoes, decor, and more. This store seems to be the best store for value. The item prices are unbeatable especially being near the mall. The employees are always nice and say hi and ask how you are doing. The line can be very long at peak hours and it doesn't always move the fastest. Like I said before the prices are great and items sell fast so people buy a lot of items when they visit. They don't have a lot of size 9 shoes , you'll have to search because they might be mixed in with the other sizes. Their plus size section always seems barren but I'm not sure if it is because the items are selling fast or not. They have a massive selection of purses, youth clothes, and adult clothes. They even have luggage, toys, and home decor. One thing I don't like about this store is that the fitting rooms are ALWAYS closed. read more

The Manager Kathy was very rude to a Customer in front of everyone she says we no want any Hispanic people here, she keep saying you can go back to your country, the worst's part the person keep saying she it's from Puerto Rico. She doesn't know Puerto Rico it's part of United states of America, that they have the same rights and benefits, that they are united state citizens. Shame of everyone working there, also a the security guy and another male employee they start talking in Spanish to the lady that she have to leave the store or the have to call the cops on her. They did all that in front of the customer kids!!!! Shame very bad I never come back to that store. read more

I have visited several stores in the chain and found this one to be one of the better I have visited. I would note that they are currently in the process of moving locations so the current inventory is waning as they are intending to clear inventory prior to the move. Their selection is better than most and the staff do a decent job of keeping people from cluttering the aisles or racks. You can't argue most of the prices and the staff is friendly. read more

Boy do I love coming here. People that you shop with are friendly and helpful. Especially when you are shopping for someone else. They have come a long way. Everything is well organized and easy to find. I'm always finding a bargain. Why paid full price for something... when you can come here and find it dirt cheap. They have great home decor items! I have actually purchased several really great priced wall pieces for large wall space. They have always been really reasonable and it's my go to spot when I am looking for great pieces! Mirrors, canvas painting and just really cool stuff for the home! When I see something expensive I immediately thing what does the big "B" have! Love the location, very friendly staff, sometimes it can be overcrowded, but they work really hard to get you in and out! It seems they are remodeling or doing something in the baby section, not sure! I love to get my daughter and son really nice things from there too! I love the bottle selection they have and the wide variety of really nice dresses and suites for my little people! I like shopping there for my husband when he needs a wallet, new tie, or just some socks for church, it's a great place. Tops are really cute for ladies and the sizes are great, the store truly caters to all shapes and sizes. My teens love coming here to when they are looking for cute dresses, or undergarments for reasonable prices. Got to love Burlington..can't forget to mention the coats! read more

Burlington Coat Factory is comparable to discount stores like TJMaxx, Ross, and Marshall's! A hidden gem of Augusta, if you ask me, because for the longest time I thought they only sold coats! Granted, sometimes the racks aren't organized that nicely, and I still can't figure out how they sort the racks (where's the Small section? Why are there no Smalls in the Small section? etc...) but if you have the patience to sort through the racks, you can definitely find some cheap name brand clothing! There seems to be a ton of BCBG Maxazria, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and DKNY clothes (for women - I didn't check the men's side), which was great. And they have a lot of Nine West bags. I got a BCBG track jacket for only $15 when it retailed for $160!! They also have this cool home/bath section in the back, and I found this really cute colorful shower curtain and bath set for only $20 total! I recommend going here if you have the patience to sort through all these clothing racks! read more

NICE STORE! This is one of the cleaner more organized Burlingtons that I have seen in a long while. As we were shopping today, the employees were bustling about cleaning the store and organizing stock. They were very warm and friendly and it was a pleasure to shop here. I wan't really able to "get it in" like I wanted to because the old man was going down fast. Although he wouldn't rush me or say anything, I knew that it was close to his nap time so I took a quick look grabbed what I really came for, (an eyeglass case) and headed to the register. The line went quickly and as I cleared the register I could see that my Honey was already in the car and waiting out front. SMH This store is a great resource for the entire family. I love that you can dress for any occasion with Burlington. Now is the time to take advantage of some of those great clearance prices that are now in progress throughout the store. read more

Good cheap stuff. I usually have better luck here than Ross' s or TJ Maxx. It's a huge store but still hit and miss. Nice selection of dress clothes for guys. Also have alot of home goods. If you want decent gifts for $10-20 then good place. read more

I hadn't been to Burlington's in a long time and I don't really know why? They have great merchandise!!! I decided to stop in the other day and was quite shocked at the amount of clothing they had in my size. I was blown away because at some of the other discount retailers it's hard to find any great clothing or I may luck up on some one time. I sifted through racks of clothes in my size here and there wasn't a lack of anything. I'm definitely adding Burlington's to my shopping spots list again. I found a beautiful rayon, flowery jacket here for $12. That was a great find. They also had shoes in my size as well and they were the brands I usually buy too!!! I'm still in shock at some of the things I saw here. They do offer layaway here. I don't know all the details but I'm sure it's just like all the other place.
