On a road trip back home to Atlanta we stopped here just to window shop. Okay so we did more than window shop. This store was laid out so nicely. Home decor central. We picked up a couple of odds and ends and had hit Starbucks when one of us discovered they had some Harperiman Dolls. Oh my that was so exciting to see because it's a collection. As we continued to browse the toy section we started scanning toys on the store scanner and the app scanner. Cha Ching!!! Major clearance. No one was in the aisle when we first started discovering the super low prices but soon enough others started gathering in the same aisle. We had so much fun clearance shopping in this store. It was neat, clean and the shelves were not junky. It was definitely a good time. read more

Mens department is always having clearance items so I'm always looking weather it's for summer or winter because we dont really have a fall down here it's hot or cold nothing in between But and search and compare prices you discover some good deals. read more

One of my favorite places to shop. After making a return, I moseyed over to the sippy cup section to take a peek at my son's next step in cups. One of the workers noticed my lost expression and offered assistance. Even though he admitted to not having kids, he was willing to give advice or find someone better qualified. This Target is pretty solid as far as service and selections. It also expanded to add the Ulta selection, the kids play area and gets limited releases. The only draw back is the parking lot. It is not easy during "after work hours" to get in and out of here. read more

The workers in electronics were so rude and smug. We asked a simple question and the associate Jordan (short white guy long hair and glasses) immediately got an attitude, so we asked to speak to the manager who was very understanding (Rabbyt) . As we were speaking with her three other associates surrounded us as if we were causing an issue. The conversation never got above a 3 this was so unwarranted it made us very uncomfortable as if we were being profiled. Even after we were leaving Jordan and the young lady who works and electronics (tall fair skin African American lady with curly locs) were being so unprofessional laughing and talking trash. I will not return to this location, very disappointing. read more

I love Target!!! They are doing some remodeling, but the store is still very clean. I went to walk around and look at baby girl clothing for my infant. The baby clothing is reasonably priced. I picked up a few spring outfits and some baby toys and headed to checkout. Checkout was a little long, but they opened another lane and I was in and out in no time. read more

What would one be doing at a Target? Especially a individual who favors local and downtown? Okay, well here's my confession. They have a couple of things I can't find anywhere else. First, some affordable kicks. I have a couple of pairs of shoes from here that are amazing. Great price and they look great. Also, I do hit that clearance section in Men's Clothing. You might find shirts, jackets, pants, shorts, or pj's. It's like playing the clothing lottery in there. And though I don't drink it any more, they usually have a hot buttered rum flavor of coffee. Even if you don't drink coffee, just put some in a cup with hot water and stir. The aroma alone is worth the $5. Parking is a plenty so don't stress that. Getting out of the parking lot is tricky, but if you take a alternate exit you should be good. Registers are usually aplenty plus self-checkout is now there. I will warn that the recent release section for CD's is small, but this is 2017 (almost 2018). I have to be aware of the times. As always, this is a great place to walk around and discover new stuff you didn't know you needed. Just saying. read more

Despite Target (Tar-jay) snubbing the latest Queen Bey (Beyoncé) project, I like this store! Now that we've gotten that out of the way, I'm here all the time. Target is a pretty cool place to shop. I live close to the Robert C. Daniel shops and I visit this Target location the most. I was attracted to this store because in early 2011, they started to carry a large selection of Ethnic Hair care items from brands like Miss Jessie, Shea Moisture and more. Prior to Target introducing these brands, you had to order them online and wait for your shipment to arrive. Hats off to Target! I also like the shoes and women's sections. I typically find really good deals in both sections. Any given day, Target has 50% off clearance items in both sections and that makes me happy! Additionally, this store has a grocery section, electronics, baby, Men's wear, home decor, and more. I try to make a list if I'm going through the entire store, because otherwise it could be dangerous for my wallet. This location also has a Pizza Hut Express and Starbucks. A lot of guys wait at the Starbucks while their significant others to wrap up their shopping excursions. My second favorite section of the store is cosmetics! They carry a line called E.L.F. (Eyes, Lips, Face) and they have affordable cosmetics that work great. I usually buy a lot when they are stocked because the brand is only there occasionally. Don't get trapped by the dollar section. Near the entrance there's a section of random items for $3 or less. If you linger too long you'll have a cart full of yearly planners and stickers. I've never had a problem with the staff. There are always lots of staff members in the store. The customer service area is fast and makes it easy to do exchanges. The staff is well versed in and will get you help soon with their radio sets. I also like that Target offers you a debit card. Apparently, you get 5% off every purchase you make using the Target Debit Card. It's not a credit card.... I asked that question at least 5 times. So depending on how much you shop, you can save a lot. And if you don't shop a lot, you can at least save on tax. Parking is a breeze. The store is always organized. Restrooms are usually bad, but it's a public restroom. read more

You gotta love Tarzhey! I've visited this location a couple of times, and more often than not they've had what I needed. From as something as small as socks or mints, to as something as substantial as a futon or table, Target has you covered. I don't know this area very well, but this target is clean, large, filled with friendly customer service, and well stocked. They also have a starbucks like many target locations, if you're in need of some caffeine Located off of Robert C. Daniel Jr Pkwy, Target is in a strip of several places including Bed bath and beyond, old navy, and they also have lots of restaurants in and around the area, making it a natural choice to stop in for some browsing. Multiple exits and entrances make getting out of this shared lot a thing of beauty. Target again does it right, and i've Enjoyed this location each time I paid them a visit. I went to this Target all the time while growing up in Augusta, and I'm glad to see that years later it is still doing well. The store is usually pretty neat and everyone's super friendly. I used to use the Starbucks here for coffee meetups with friends. Check out the clearance racks in the clothing section. I always find a lot of cheap items here 30%-75% off retail. I found this sweet waterproof trench for $24.99 on sale here. Food selection here is great. I'm not too fond of Target shoes though because they tend to run narrow for my wide feet and the materials feel kind of cheap. read more

This is literally my favorite place to shop for makeup to healthy food snacks. But I have notice that the management here does not make sure the place is clean for shoppers. I usually come after work around seven but this day was my off day and the restrooms here are disgusting. It is 11:30an and the bathroom smell horrible, no toilet tissue and loom as if no one cleaned it in weeks. Please make Target clean again!!!! read more

I wish this Target hadn't take down their Guest Service counter. I bought an item online for in-store pickup and unfortunately, the only place to relay this information was behind 6 people who were also checking out. I'm going to guess this is Target's way of being more efficient but what about the people who have a genuine Guest Service concern? By the time I got up to my place at the return counter, I could have walked back, put the crib together and pushed it to the front lanes myself. It took far too long to get an employee to respond to the woman at the counter and they had a hard time tracking down the item, even though it was just sitting there on the floor. I love that they've expanded the market so it's more like a Greatland Target but with all these awesome upgrades, I don't understand why there aren't more people to support the crowds they're attracting. I'll go out of my way to avoid this Target unless absolutely necessary from now on. They technically are the bigger and better stocked Target so they've totally got me there. read more

Target is the store that I go to get lost in, there are just SO many things to look at and they are open late. This particular location, while being a bit farther from me than the one on Washington Rd, is my favorite because it is sandwiched in the same area as Ulta and Old Navy. I also really appreciate the amount of clearance items that can be found throughout the store. I have the route to this Target timed so well that if I left my house half an hour before closing that I can get there in less than ten minutes and wander for the rest of the time they're open. I've done it frequently and the staff is so wonderful every time. I have yet to feel like a burden that wandered in right before they could close out. Out of the two Targets in Augusta this one is definitely my favorite. read more

I will be the first to admit that I am impatient so I LOVE that cashiers are usually looking to usher you to a shorter line and if a register opens they ask for the 'next customer in line' not the person that happened upon them at the moment they saw the light come on. I generally peruse the entire store whether I have a need for new sheets are or not and the associates are always helpful and offering assistance. The reason that consistently keeps me seeking a Target is the store cleanliness and organization. The tanks, tshirt and cardigans are usually folded and in order by size. I can grab what I need and keep moving. Lastly, they attend to my level of hunger and greed. The shelves include items from milk and bread to frozen veggies and ready made meals. They have a food counter with popcorn, pretzels, hotdogs, wraps, ICEE, Pizza Hut and a Starbucks at the front of the store! Talk about one stop shopping! read more

*FACT* We all love Target. Really, Who can survive without a semi regular stop here? This location recently remodeled and added the grocery section, which when I'm super busy can be a lifesaver. They are really trying to go for one stop shopping. The issues that lead to this being a 3 star "Taar-jay" are as follows: -Parking lot atrocity- I'm a small town girl, and I guess I'm just not used to the congestion that always seems to be happening in this parking lot. -pharmacy hours- I long ago left the stand alone chain pharmacies for the Target pharmacy. They handle a smaller volume, and I get better customer service. If I have to wait for a prescription, I'd rather do it in Target than elsewhere. I've never been to a Target that completely closes there pharmacy for lunch. I'm used to not being able to fill from 1pm-2pm, because everyone deserves a break. But I still want to be able to pick up then. All I can figure is the they are short handed. I still get great service. -Check out lines- there never seem to be quite enough lanes open. They do a decent job moving people through however. It's Target. I'm going to continue my loyal patronage. read more

Now they have introduced the red card (that I'm not sold on) in order to save 5%; layout is simple which makes items easy to find.This store needed an upgrade and got it. I visited this store yesterday, and everything was clean and well stocked. I had trouble finding one of my items, so I asked an employee and she actually stopped what she was doing and walked me to the item that I was looking for. This is always appreciated over the standard "check aisle 8". Checkout was a breeze and has much improved as they had someone directing customers to registers with kept things moving nicely. read more

I went during the day to pick up some clothing needs and was kind of shocked to see the condition of the store. No one had been out to collect carts so the ones that were left were the ones that had wheels so jacked up that it was better just to turn the cart over and push it through the store that way. As I went through the store it was painfully obvious that the store needed to be restocked. then again when I got to the section I needed to shop in it would have been nice if someone would clean up the area since it looked like they decided to store buggies full of items that needed to be put up there. I also don't like picking up a pack of underwear that has obviously been taped shut. They had a lot of items that were this way. I think I will give this store another try in hopes they get their act together but it wont be any time soon. read more
