The owner Robert came out and he did the install as well. He and Bobby lived up to my expectations. It was a big job. Robert was very pushy and almost demanding...he could've simply offered to say I would have to come out and charge to see if there a better solution...instead his response was oh would you like to get this started right now...he was also not that friendly Not sure how their work is but overall their customer service on the phone is not that great...just didn't get a good impression and felt Robert was in a rush to make quick money. He was not that friendly over the phone and was almost rude. Our air conditioning unit conked out when we were having several days in triple digits temperature. I searched Yelp in the Riverside, CA area and I found Total Air Heating and Air Conditioning. I read the reviews by clients or customers and it looked promising so I gave them a call. Trish, the lady who answered listened carefully to my problem and suggested that they take a look at the unit. I agreed. I called past noon time Wednesday, the 11th of July and she said that the earliest she can get someone over to our house would be on the 13th, Friday. I said it was okay but Trish told me that if there will be any cancellation and someone could come over earlier, she will give me a call right away. The next day, Trish called me and informed me that their guy can make it between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. because of a cancellation. I agreed and a little after 2:00 p.m. Robert arrived and introduced himself before working on the unit. Robert got the air conditioner working in less than an hour, actually diagnosed it right within a few minutes. He corrected the problem then asked me if I will okay his suggestion for a summer tune-up. I agreed and he did the tune-up. Our A/C is working very well again, thanks to the expertise of Robert.
