Asked what the problem was, gave me an estimate, and booked the appointment. The owner Rob pulled up an hour later and got to work. AC is running now and the house is cool. They came out and inspected the existing unit. Gave a thorough explanation of what they would do and the equipment. It was not a salesman who came out. The owner Robert came out and he did the install as well. He and Bobby lived up to my expectations. It was a big job. Every day they showed up on time and were extremely efficient, professional and clean. It was a 3 day job and at the end of each workday they cleaned up and left it spotless. The install was great. Robert was very pushy and almost demanding...he could've simply offered to say I would have to come out and charge to see if there a better solution...instead his response was oh would you like to get this started right now...he was also not that friendly Not sure how their work is but overall their customer service on the phone is not that great...just didn't get a good impression and felt Robert was in a rush to make quick money. He was not that friendly over the phone and was almost rude. I would not recommend them and I'm almost positive that its one of those companies that are just out there to get your money and looking for quick hits.
