Huge, lovely vineyard creeping your way into napa valley territory located off kirkland road which also takes you to highway 12. Getting ready to walk our way thru the vineyard ( thankfully we only signed up for a good mile....) we were able to enjoy several different wines. Lunch at Craftworks with lunch from Costeaux French Bakery. Stacy explains the game rules. The team lead on each team downloads the app. The Awards Ceremony was great. Stacy gives out a ribbon medal to the winning team. Stacy shows all the photos from the app on a screen. The group was laughing so hard. The photos are available afterwards on Google Drive. He gave us some info along the drive to three boutique wineries, but did not drone on and on as some tour drivers can do. This allowed the 12 of us to chat, get to know each other a bit more and build some rapport. We stopped at three wineries: Rutherford Ranch, Ghost Block and Backstage. Each gave us 4 to 5 tastings. At Ghost Block, we also had a very nice box lunch. By the end of the tour (it was all day), we had all had some wonderful conversations and experienced some great boutique wineries.
