Dr. Intal is incredibly knowledgeable and truly takes the time to listen. He doesn't rush through appointments -- he asks thoughtful questions and really pays attention to what you're experiencing. What impresses me most is how intuitive he is. Every time I go in for my back and neck pain, he seems to immediately know exactly where my pain points are -- even the ones I forgot to mention. His expertise and attention to detail make such a difference. After each session, I leave feeling aligned, relieved, and noticeably better. Dr. Intal is also extremely patient and explains what he's doing and why, which makes me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being and long-term health, not just quick fixes. If you're dealing with chronic back or neck pain, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Intal at The Remedy. It's rare to find a provider who combines deep knowledge, skill, and compassion the way he does. I'm so grateful to have found him -- he has truly made a positive impact on my quality of life!

    5/5 stars First and…read moreforemost, Meera has completely revolutionized the way I see and practice yoga in many more ways than one! I first started working with Meera almost 2 years ago (I have been practicing for about 10 years now) when she started offering weekly virtual classes during the beginning of the pandemic. This immediately helped me with my mental health using her unique flows, sometimes it almost felt like dancing, to calm my mind as the stress of my tech job began seeping into my personal life. Fast forward 6 months and I was so happy to join her studio sessions and workshops in person at Yoga Garden where she went deeper into both the physical (offering outstanding adjustments) and mental (through breath work, meditation, and even chanting!) aspects which continued to help improve my overall wellbeing and even got me through some of the most stressful points of my career to date. Fast forward again to today and I'm so excited to have joined her new private 1-1 in-person offering. She has built numerous highly personalized routines and she not only teaches me when we are together but has helped me to build a sustainable self-practice that I use daily. The practice includes a combination of asanas (typical movement poses and flows), pranayama (breath work which has improved both my lung capacity as well as calming the constant chatter in my mind), and chanting (something I had never previously considered and which has allowed me to build more focus into my daily life). Meera offers a style of yoga that I have yet to find anywhere else where she conducts a truly holistic practice rather than the traditional, fitness-forward, style which is exactly what I have needed to enjoy a well-rounded lifestyle. I would encourage anyone looking to experience yoga that goes all the way back to its holistic roots to give Meera's sessions a try. Her sessions and style have flipped standard studio yoga on its ear to the point where it has become a major part of my life and has given me a completely new outlook on how I approach my health and wellness and is something I will absolutely carry on for the rest of my life! 10/10 I would recommend Meera to all ages, demographics, and lifestyles!

Yet, despite all this, I saw very little improvement. Recently, I realized that I had lost several pounds, and it became clear that a major part of the problem was that I simply wasn't eating enough. I'd been vegetarian for most of my life, and even after adding meat, I struggled because of my love for animals. On top of that, my demanding job often had me so focused that I would forget to eat entirely. I felt untethered to my life--weak, off-balance, and sometimes even fearful of driving or going out. I knew I needed someone to tell me exactly what to eat and how much, someone I could work with personally. I was so overwhelmed by conflicting information online--one source said this diet was essential, another said it was dangerous--that I thought all I needed was a clear plan. What I didn't realize was that I needed someone to help me identify why I was so paralyzed around food and how to address it. When I found Sabrina, I was drawn not only to her nutrition expertise but also her training as a Life Coach. After our first meeting, I knew I was in the right hands. The 14 weeks I spent with Sabrina were the best investment I've ever made in my health. Our sessions went far beyond food--she helped me uncover why I was avoiding eating, why I couldn't gain weight or strength despite eating very healthy, and how to break those patterns. She is funny, intelligent, and a subject matter expert in this field of healthy living. She also practices what she preaches: she does daily exercises, morning runs, and strength training so she can vouch what she does for herself and her clients really works. As for myself, I've struggled with my weight post-pregnancies, with several permanent injuries, bad knees, and being my mid-forties. I really wanted a patient trainer that will keep me motivated, keep me in check to be mindful, aware and accountable for my life style choices, YET still not be a mean drill sergeant that I want to hide from! Jamie is the perfect blend of humor, honesty, positivity, humility, and deep well of knowledge and experience. Bonus: she also is a SME in real estate! I find her 1 hour sessions to be highly effective, efficient and fun workouts. Jamie has an amazing vibrant personality, motivating me especially when the set starts gets challenging, giving me clear, concise tips on getting my form right and pretty soon the session flies by. Two days later, the inevitable muscle soreness comes in to prove the workout has made me stronger and healthier! I'm still a work in progress as I have an end boss goal to drop from 200 lbs to my weight pre-pregnancy days. My initial goal is hit a healthier BMI by being 10% less than my start weight, which will be my first milestone. The coaching sessions tremendously help me mentally and physically since we laugh and talk about life's crazy adventures as I lift, squat, lunge, push, pull and pump iron. It's a full-body workout that has short little rests in between and she'll pace it to make it enough of a challenge each time. Checking your form, adding more resistance, counting it down, easing it if needed and most importantly, encouraging you as sweat is rolling down your back as you plank down. I put a few pictures of me and my family below to show that no matter what age, shape or stage you are in life, you can always be an inspiration and role model to your family and loved ones. I just love feeling stronger and knowing I'm adding years to my life to be there for the ones I care about. In conclusion, I highly recommend Jamie for her health coaching services and as you get to know her, it will be revealed how very gifted and talented she is that your coaching sessions will fly by and you will feel great afterwards!
