I ordered the Cobb salad, and honestly, it was just okay. There wasn't much flavor. The bigger issue, though, was the fruit flies. There were at least five flying around our table, and it got so bothersome that we tried swatting them away--and shortly after I found a dead fruit fly floating in my water. It was gross and completely ruined the meal for me.

Also noticed other reviews that mentioned similar price discrepancies. Turns out the base price without meat shows in the site, but the price in house is with meat. The descriptions on both include meat, but when you order online you have to add meat for an extra $5+. Seems confusing and at worst deceptive. Either way, got the avocado crunch salad. It was good, but I'm never going to spend $15 on a salad with a little chicken in it. I know they need to build their small business and pay their expenses, and I hope they can succeed, but I personally can't afford it and I expect their location and price is going to be a deal breaker for others in the end.

The A/C was not on, not prepared for a warm March day. The soda machine was out of order, at no point did the employee offer up a bottled drink to substitute the fountain soda. They were also out of croutons. All in all it seemed like this place was not prepared to have customers and provide them with an excellent experience. This place is extremely overpriced.

The jalapeño ranch brings just enough heat to keep things interesting without overpowering the brightness of the mango or the creaminess of the avocado. It's a well-composed dish, and easily the best thing I have eaten so far during an entire week in Utah. The sweet potato fries matched it: crispy outside, soft inside, the kind of side you keep reaching for without meaning to. Service was fast, atmosphere rustic and clean. No ceremony, no friction.
