Had a great experience. My sales associate, Teresa, was on the phone with a customer when I walked in but she acknowledged me right away and directed me to where the item was that I came in for. After the call she helped me decide which bracelet I wanted. She grabbed one from the back, packaged it up nicely, and finalized the sale. Teresa was great, the store is clean and brightly lit with very nice items to choose from. Shoes, purses etc. read more

The friendliest, most helpful sales associates!!! Went in to buy a pair of shoes as a gift and they could not have been any more helpful. Helped me to decide on a color and made sure that I was totally happy with what I was getting. Gave me time to also look around and then rang me up quickly when I was ready. The manager personally helped package up everything. A great experience at the store for sure!!!! read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. I shall never shop with Tory Burch again. I recently placed an order for $278 and Tory Burch chose DoorDash to deliver my online order. The order was delivered to someone elses home. Photo proof of delivery shows someone else's home hot my own, but does not have enough detail to work out where it could possibly be! I opened a case with Tory Burch and they are refusing to refund me or sent out a replacement claiming they successfully delivered the package! DoorDash direct you to Tory Burch also. I am now down $278 with nothing to show for it! I've spent thousands of dollars at Tory Burch in last few years and this is how they treat their customers. Upon filing a claim with BBB I can see many are in the same boat! If you write on Facebook or Instagram about this they delete your comments! No other high end shoe company would treat their customers in this way! Since Tory Burch take zero responsibility I need to involve the police and I would never shop with Tory Burch again due to their treatment of me regarding this read more

I had an extremely terrible experience with Ali, a sales associate at the store. We had purchased a pair of heels for over $300 and we were four days past the date to return, which was NOT outlined on our receipt. They even extended their return policy after we purchased but would not offer us any solution whatsoever, and were extremely rude to me and my mom. They would not give me any number to call a customer service specialist or a manager, and clearly could not care less about helping us. I'm extremely disappointed by the service I received at the store, and we left deciding to never spend our money at this store if they can't let us return a pair of shoes 34 days after purchasing. If you are looking for a pair of shoes go elsewhere, as no one will help you to even exchange a size. read more

After ordering a pair of sandals online (which I must say was actually prompt and quick), I later learned that I needed to make an exchange for a different size. Instead of going through the shipping return and exchange, it was so much easier to come to Fashion Square's Tory Burch store to make a purchase or an exchange. I called ahead and the staff member let me know that they had the size I was looking for and then when I arrived, they quickly recognize my voice (and the fact that I probably had an exchange in my hand) and were quickly able to accommodate me. Everything worked out smooth I appreciate the customer service and most importantly the interaction I had with the staff members during my brief time. The only downside was the directions relative to parking to get close to the store. I figured it out (got lucky). Everybody's got their own style when it comes to certain brands they want and I was pretty happy with the entire experience for Tory! read more

I would like to give this location zero stars. My shopping experience there was great. But when I had to make an exchange I was treated like garbage. I purchased $1500 worth of merchandise that I ended up needing to exchange the bag on upon entering the store I was met by rude racially biased employees who not only refused to show me other handbags but complained about the fact they were going to lose commission in front of myself and my daughter. We left the store my daughter (21) said mom I would never shop here because their service was extremely rude. Upon leaving I called and asked to speak with the manager and was told she was not there as she had left the store and they were not sure when she would return. I truly feels as if we were based on bias due to our race it's absolutely unacceptable and due to the poor service I will be returning the items purchased and strongly reconsidering shopping the brand again read more

I am a Tory Burch fan and just For past month I have bought thousands dollars clothes shoes bags on Tory Burch.com.Yesterday I asked my husband to go to this location to get 3 gift box and 3 bag for me because some of items I purchased for myself and some of items I bought as a gift to someone. My husband went there with his friend. the lady who works there only gave my husband 3gift bags ( my husband asked for BOX) and 1 shopping bag, she looked annoyed at my husband and told my husband that's the only bag that they have , my husband and his friend pointed out , they just saw some one walked out with the gift box we asked for. anyways my husband felt she does not want to give the actual boxes so he left without the box I asked for. I have always shopped at Tory Burch.com always ordered from different Locations.I am not happy with this location the customer service they provided. For all the money I spent , they refuse to gave 3 boxes? ? ? Needless to say .... read more

I just purchased one pair of shoe from this store today. I purchased the ines slide. The sales woman's attitude was really bad. IS IT BECAUSE I AM AN ASIAN SO I DON'T DESERVE THE RIGHT TO TREAT AS OTHERS?!! I asked the her to pack it for me because it was a gift for someone. She knew it and I asked her to put the gift receipt on the bag. I am so glad I opened it after I arrived home. It was really a disappointment. After I opened the box, I found that the back of the shoes are really dirty. I have the photos as attachments. It is really obvious that someone wear them before! The sales woman knew it was a gift and she gave me this? Really? This item is not even on sale! I purchased it full price and you gave me this? I am really piss off. I will put the purchased receipt as well and I found the salesperson named Jessica. I won't go to this store anymore, this is really a disappointment. read more

Worst customer service I've ever had. I was ready to purchase 3 different items and told 2 different sales associates and they both just blew me off and wouldn't even answer a single question I had before purchasing. Looks like I'll be buying through Nordstrom instead as these ladies do not deserve my commission based on these interactions, or should I say lack of interacting. I'm honestly appalled. read more

My wife & I went to this store on a holiday weekend. We flew in just for a couple days just to get some sun. My wife bought some $400 lug boots but needed them shipped to Seattle as we had no room in our bags. Great way to celebrate with holidays & beating cancer. We didn't have the best experience. No confirmation was sent via email that was provided. No phone call was given as to the delay. No phone call was returned after multiple messages left. Had to call on another phone to get a response. They seemed short and defensive. Definitely wouldn't buy from this store again as this seems like a real hassle for an upscale purchase. Maybe we didn't spend enough to get expedited support read more

Very cute store. Reminds me of a girls night out of shopping. The way the store is decorated it is like a dream come true closet. Your always immediately greeted by the friendly staff who are always decked out in Tori Burch merchandise. The staff makes you feel at home. Never pushy just helpful. Everything is neatly displayed though out the store. I find myself picking up the merchandise and admiring it. The staff has no problem if you pick the items to give yourself a visual of what the items would like if you owned them. Now I am a huge fan of the purses and handbags. The clothing is not really my style however some of the dresses I have seen the staff wear are cute but not really around my price range. I like the shoes but my feet are to flat for some of the styles. I have yet to try on a comfortable pair of heels but to all those who can survive the Tori Burch heels I wish I could trade you feet they are too cute. The staff has you wait on some comfy couches will offering soda, water or wine. They make you feel right at home. The few items I have purchased from this store are quality. I love the styles and they have lasted a while. Will return again. read more

Tory Burch - Already ruined after two weeks of owning - Women's Clothing Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

My daughter's and I went into Tory Burch Scottsdale Fashion Square. It was a nightmare! As soon as we walked in a staff member asked if we needed help, I let her know we were browsing and I continued to walk toward the back of the store to look at a tote bag. She continues to follow us after I let her know I was browsing and circling me as I tried the bag on. This was so uncomfortable as I noticed other patrons were not being bothered, smothered and made to feel uncomfortable. I have had my eye on a particular handbag and made the decision to go into the store to try on the bag and purchase but now so turned off by the whole experience that I've chosen not to purchase Tory Burch! I'm a Latina women and definitely felt targeted! After writing this review, read other reviews and shows Racism is a common practice. Do better!! read more

I recently noticed some Tori Burch shoes online that I wanted to order. I don't like buying and returning things so I decided to wait until I had a chance to try them on. I've never been to a Tori Burch store. It was cute and reminds me of a boutique experience. I can't remember if I was greeted or not but I was laser focused on the shoes I wanted to try on. My interaction with the sales lady was pleasant. After pulling sizes for me she did offer me a water or coke. I'll have to say I just finished working out and normally wouldn't go to the mall dressed like I was. I didn't even bring my purse and dropped my credit card and drivers license in a Target bag. :-) The sales lady didn't seem fazed with my appearance and treated me ok. We cannot speak badly on the products, they are great quality and nice designs. However, the customer service is horrible. We are in the 21st century and it's unbelievable how so many people can be so close minded to different cultures and ways of being. On Saturday, September 18, 2021 my family and I experienced some racism from the workers, my mother never had the opportunity to learn English fluently but is a hard worker and tries to communicate to the best of her ability. When we were in there we talked in Spanish and the workers must have thought that we would be unable to understand them, during our visit they gave us so many looks and did not check up on us which is part of that customer hospitality. Not only was it shocking to see how ignorant some people may be it was also disrespectful of them to demean one of their customers based on their language. Overall, if you like this store and are willing to accept the workers being disrespectful please continue going, simply keep in mind they can be racist. read more

Today me and my mom went here to buy purses, my mom likes the white and blue one but they don't have it at the store so my mom asked to order online for both of the color and my mom also looking at the other purse and asked them if they have other color. What if you walk into a store and they act rude toward you would you like that? Now people only buy stuff online because many store have bag customer service. I had purchased a pair of the reg black TB sandals in Vegas. The VEGAS STORE was amazing!! I noticed I should have gotten a different size. So when I returned to AZ I WENT TO THE SCOTTSDALE TB STORE. When I walked in all 5 associates ran to the back like rats and gathered around like they were sharing a piece of cheese. I kid you not they left lady to help me and I had asked her to exchange my shoes with a receipt. I told her I needed different size and also I wanted a wallet for my matte black purse I had bought in Vegas as well. Anyways the lady was so mad that she was missing out on the cheese they were eating in a circle that she refused to show me wallets. No joke. I hope she was able to enjoy the cheese that the other rats were eating. Avoid this store. You will be judged. read more

I counted 5 employees at this location yesterday. Two customers in the store and a line of 3 people outside. Why? Employees literally standing around doing nothing. I guess they are trying to look more exclusive than the brand really is? It really looked very silly. David was so helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products. He made it very easy to pick out two pairs of shoes.

Ok if I could leave a ZERO rating I would. We have experienced the worst customer service at this store. My husband purchased a small purse for me for my birthday in July. We were not aware of the return policy however when we went there to hopefully exchange for a bigger purse the associate would not take it back when we asked to speak to the manager, the manager would not even come out of the office to speak with us, that to me is very poor customer service. I work in the business industry and I know retail stores can make exceptions granted the purse has not been used and everything was still intact. I love Tory Burch products however this experience was a huge turn off. I will definitely not promote TB products. read more

Great customer service in store but horrible over the phone and through email. I had to call 3 times because nobody picked up the phone during business hours. On my 3rd try I got a hold of someone who wasn't even helpful. I bought a pair of miller sandals only for them to already be scratched when i got home and took them out of the box. The lady I spoke to gave me her email to send her a picture of the damage in order for me to send them back and get a new pair. After waiting 2 days for a response and got NOTHING I couldn't wait any longer and had to wear the shoes for an event. Absolutely horrible. Check your items thoroughly before purchasing to avoid this issue. read more

I called prior to coming about having my watch adjusted , I get to the store one of the associates tell me that they usually send ppl to the watch shop. Now why would I go to watch shop when the watch was just purchased from TB and one of the associates JUST told me a hour prior to coming that they will be able to assist me?! Then I was only greeted by one associate but gawked at by at least 2-3 of them when I walked into the store. I did also plan on purchasing a bag BUT I rather give that sale to the website. This store definitely needs some customer service training. read more

I'm giving this store no star but I can't. This is my first time coming in here to get sandals that I was looking forward to and my mom wanted to give me the full experience. But it was ruined by the older lady with white hair and the young girl with the brown hair standing guard over us like we were going to steal something. The young blonde lady / sales person that helped us was very sweet and kind but the other two ruin the experience so I definitely don't want to get any more Miller shoes there. I'll look for a different brand. I'm only 12 and it was embarrassing to me that someone would think my mom and I would steal something. I've been in the store a few times with my husband & bought multiple pairs of shoes & had positive experiences. Today was different and I want to share. FIRST, none of the 4 employees greeted me. I've been in retail management for 8 years so that was disappointing. Then even when I walked to the shoe section where 3 employees were still no one batted an eye. I picked up a shoe because I wanted a size and everyone who looked my way pretended as though I didn't need help. Finally I locked eyes with a girl heading to the back room and said "Can you help me?" She looked at me like I was bothering her but she didn't come to help. She just looked at the other girls. I finally said "Is anyone gonna help me?!" Finally a girl walked over and checked on my size. So annoying. Better to shop online and let them deal with the returns if it doesn't fit. read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION. REPORT TO BBB. *Minorities who purchase items WILL be treated as thieves* LOVE that feeling when entering the store and being hawked as if you're a thief. I'm sure this is typical protocol during holiday season (to watch all customers closely), but the TB Store representative (who sounds similar to Melania Trump) hawked me to get me to purchase and get out quickly. Another potential customer asked this lady for help, and the rep stated, "she'll help you when she's done." I didn't need this TB rep help, after stated twice, "JUST LOOKING." 1. Asked for 3 pairs of BLUE slippers. She gave me RED slippers 2. Asked for 7.5 size. She gave me 9.0. BIG DIFFERENCE. She wrapped the shoes (as Christmas gift) so I could not double check what was packaged as she did not present any opportunity. Spent nearly $1,600 in shoes. It's okay, returned every single pair and went around the corner and spent it ALL at Jimmy Choo. Not to mention, gave the hardest time returning items. read more

I am a die hard Tory Burch fan. Usually I order online or go to stores in other cities, however I decided to check out the store at Scottsdale Fashion since I hadn't been yet. I came in in search of a new cross body style purse for the fall, and I was very disappointed in the service in the store. I was given the standard greeting when entering the store, but after that I received practically no service. I asked a question about a new bag, and one gal did look it up online for me when she wasn't sure. There were five people working on the service floor and besides the girl that I had to seek out in order to ask a question, not a single one acknowledged me. I hate to say this, but I ended up not making a purchase simply because of my experience in this store. The feeling I got from their employees was not a positive one, in fact I felt like they weren't taking my interest in the product seriously. May have been because I wasn't super dressed up, as I stopped in after a barre class and was still in my workout attire. However after shopping in Michael Kors and Kate Spade next door and receiving outstanding service, I will not return to this store in the future. Makes me very sad because I am such a huge lover of the Tory brand. read more

I love Tory Burch and I am not writing this review towards the brand, just towards the terrible customer service. It was mine and my boyfriends anniversary and he went and purchased the sandals I have been dying for. It was his first time in this store and he felt really out of place especially being the only guy in there , but did it for me which meant a lot. After he gave me my present he expressed to me how uncomfortable he felt and the terrible customer service he received. There were 2 workers helping 1 lady out and did not even acknowledge him or offer to help him. I had to go to the store the following day to get a different color in my sandals. When I walked in, absolutely NO ONE helped me. The two girls did not acknowledge me AT ALL. It was Sunday, October 14th around 4:30. The girls were again helping just 1 lady. I have never been into this store so I was a bit lost and the girls did not have name tags, they dressed like a regular customer so I had no idea who to go to. one girl was looking down at her iPad the whole time and was so extremely rude. The other girl next to her looked at me and knew I was lost, and then just walked in the back. You couldn't tell me you'd be with me in a minute or so?? Like communication goes a long way. I felt stupid. But I brushed it off and approached the girl with the iPad. I was very nice and explained why I was there. She did not even look up at me and said "I'm actually with a customer right now I'll help you out when I'm done". And that is why I am writing this review. That's just unacceptable. we are all human beings with feelings. Idc how busy it is, treat people with respect. Anyways- I love my sandals. But i will get my next pair at a different location. read more
