As we watched the storm over the camera system we soon realized the back screen door was ripped off the hinges, leaving my mom's home fully exposed to strangers and the elements! We called around to several different places just to be told they were super busy and wouldn't be available to fix the door. I came across All Pro and suggested we just give them a call. We got through with no trouble and let him know the situation, that my parents were not in town but the door needed to be fixed ASAP! It was like a regular work day he let us know that he could and would do it as soon as possible saying "I got you down for Monday at the latest" we were so grateful with the timely response and sense of urgency that was provided. This made us feel very comfortable and confident in the work that would be provided. Then recently tried to get them to come and fix loose screens, and again they don't come when they said they would. Owner blames the hurricane for not showing up when he said they would be there.
