The salesman, David Moffatt, said not to worry; we can hold the items and deliver them for free when you are ready to receive them. The delivery was white glove, and the men were wonderful. I later had some trouble with the bar stools, so I spoke to Mr Moffatt, who talked with Bob in the warehouse about going to my home to fix the stools, which Bob did. It was an easy fix with me as a happy customer. I can't say enough about this wonderful store that gives great personal customer service. When I called Hydrologic to help with a refund from the HTP company, I was told " they cannot help me" despite the Ariston Group (owner of HTP) insisting the only way to receive a refund is for the Wholesaler/ Distributor to file a warranty claim. Hydrologic and Ryan McBride refused to do that or help me in any way. There goes my $1390 refund. Very disappointing. Never honored their agreement with HTP and my ability to get a refund. Buyer beware!
