At first I got an estimate to…read morerescreen my pool after the renovation, but then we decided to redo the decking and eliminate the screen. They were flexible at changing the service to removal. They did a fast and thorough job at the removal, and the cleaned up well. Later, when we were ready to replace the pool area gutters, the came through again. They first removed the old gutters and the metal "wrapping" around the facia. We discovered the wood rot was pretty bad and postponed the install. We looked around for carpenters to fix the facia and found a few 5-star rated ones. We also asked Gulf Gate who they recommended and it was one of the 5-Star people we found. These guys were great as well. They convinced me to use cedar instead of pressure-treated and that led to us cancelling a new install of the "wrapping" but Gulf Gate, who had no problem with the cancellation. Finally, they installed the 6-inch Super Gutters, which are extremely strong and designed to support a pool cage. We are not reinstalling a cage, but these are the only gutters that would go with the straight-line modern architecture of our house. They look great and are big enough to handle a hurricane (which also means they are a bit pricey). I definitely recommend this company!

I was worried charcoal color would impact the view because it was dark but in fact it absorbs the light with no reflection so the eye just sees past it. I have text messages confirming the order. It's now been six weeks and Heights says they no longer do that work despite their prior promises. They claim they had no way to know I had been promised this since they fired the employee who represented them. Evidently they do not keep records or adequately manage their employees since no one advised me my order was not going to be fulfilled and the installation was not going to take place. Terrible experience. They dropped the ball and take no responsibility.

Despite a delay caused by the hurricane, Jerry, the owner, saw to it that the adjustment was made to our specifications. At the 7 week mark, I was curious because no one had called me with an update on my order. They said they would call in a couple of weeks once they had my install ready to schedule. Jason did call and schedule for the following week at 9am. There were some set-backs on install day, for I had been scheduled to be 9am and by 10am, no one had shown up or called. Having taken the morning off, I was upset when I ended up having to take the full day off and they didn't even arrive until after 2pm. The crew was very efficient, with Sergio heading the team. They worked for a couple of hours. Glad I was there, to review fence before they finalized or they would have installed the fence sloped to accommodate the yard. Fence should be even, dirt can be added to even the slope of the yard on the side of the house. The posts were corrected and fence install continued. Second day they came back and finished the job. Fence looks great and truly adds value to the house. I think the installation crew is top notch. The office staff really needs to improve on their communication skills with their customers. It's like they don't care about the customer but boy did they call right away to get paid. No one ever apologized for making me wait all day when I had been scheduled for a 9am install.

Mr Blank recently responded to my review stating "We take all customer concerns seriously and want to address this properly" He goes on to indicate he has no knowledge of the situation and to provide proof. Since his response I have contacted Mr Blank through Yelp, I have emailed him and supplied all documentation, I have texted him and left phone messages. This is not new information for Mr Blank as all documentation was provided to him at the time. It has now been five days and he has not responded in any fashion. He does not seem to be taking the situation seriously after all. Mr Blank poured a driveway for me. After completion I paid him in full. Shortly after doing so, I received a demand from the concrete provider for $10,860.50 followed by the filing of a mechanics lien on my property. To obtain release of this lien I paid the supplier over $6,500 and also incurred legal fees associated with the lien. MR Blank did not pay his suppliers and it certainly does not seem to concern him that I got stuck with his bill. Hire this company at your own risk.
