Yo I use to come here atleast once a month for the birria tacos with consume for myself and my entire family. I ordered some on Tuesday for myself and bro they did my so dirty. Honestly, wtf is this?? I want a refund. I didn't see them until I got home. It was an online order. I usually order online or family calls it in and tbh I'm so disappointed and disturbed. Nice is far from what I would describe this joint. Was not able to try the food since the staff treated me like I was a lepper for asking where to order. They seem to have acquired enough costumers so they don't really want any more. Unless you are a regular stay away from this place. read more

Been seeing this place for a few months and decided to try the food, amd based on the reviews....I asked for a Torta de Milanesa, asked for only beans and tomatoes, as you can see on the pics, the bread was drier than my elbows. My boyfriend had a Burrito de Carne Asada, it was soaking in either lard or oil, the meat had no flavor. I also asked for 3 tacos; asada, chorizo and carnitas. The first 2 tacos were just ok, BUT the Carnitas had no flavor, some of them were dry but most of the "meat" was nothing but fat! I called them once we got home, explained to the young lady and she asked if I wanted to come back but I left my number for the manager "Janet" to call me the next day....she never called. So the next day after work I stopped by, asked for Janet, and she was on her cell, the cashier explained to her I asked to speak with her, Janet responded by telling her she was on her break, really, is that what a manager should say when the customer is standing in front of her?!?! So Jose, guess another manager comes to talk to me, explained to him why I was there, I called Janet out for not calling me back, Jose simply asked what I wanted him to do for me, offered me free food but told him I was not impressed with my last experience, so he refunded me $9.00, he then says accross the room to Janet, I was getting a refund because my torta was missing beans...he missed the whole principle of the matter, he did apologize for our disappointment and hopes we come back, not going to happen. Janet's showing no care about customers made it clear she knows nothing about management and customer service, she sucks. read more

Good food, I'm taking one star off because of a very unsafe and concerning lack of hygiene and food safety. Our machaca burrito, beef and eggs and peppers, has a ridiculous amount of someone else's order of shrimp in it as well. I understand accidents happen but with shellfish allergies that could have actually caused a lot of harm. Please be more careful in the future or my family can't eat here. read more

Great spot with excellent food. Of course their tortas are bomb and they have really good agua frescas that are made fresh...my favorite is the mamey agua fresca, it's heavenly. But all of the food I've tried has been on point: chilaquiles, chile verde, fish tacos, birria tacos. My boyfriend and I shared the torta al pastor, a taco al pastor, and the mangoenada. Holy CRAP everything was so good!!! The torta was huge- it was enough for both of us to share- we didn't even need the taco or the mangoenada but I had to try it! Not only is the food delicious and the sauce selection amazing, but the place is super cute with fun decor all over! They have so many different specialties to try... My boyfriend and I already talked about coming back tomorrow for lunch to try the bionico, and even coming back for taco Tuesday or for their shrimp cocktail special on a different day! Oh hell yeah we stumbled upon this little place cause after my husbands soccer game he was craving tortas & he yelped tortas & this place came up. When we got their I was overwhelmed by their very extensive menu but also excited because I wanted everything. My husband order fish tacos with rice and beans And I ordered chicken fajitas plate. I got a mazapán frappe. Everything as beyond amazing. My chicken fajitas plate came with a quesadilla on top & the frappe was the best one I've ever tried & ive tried quite a few. My new favorite place for tortas! I've eaten here twice in one week lol. The portions are big and the toppings are good. I had the Mexican Torta and the Tortas Sencillas with Al Pastor. Both were really good, I like that the cheese has a crunchy undercrust (idk how to explain) and the bean spread on the bread. The Mexican Torta was good cause it had both chorizo and asada but the one I got with just al pastor didn't seem to have as much meat but still really yummy! Also, the salsa is really good too! My fiancé and I tried a lot of different items here and I have to say, the food was just okay. My co-worker recommended this place to me. The famous tacos everyone gets we're okay but we're overly salty. The ceviche was okay, but the tostadas were very old and hard and the plate didn't come with any rice or beans. The drinks are very salty and taste artificial. The worst complaint besides the okay food was the price. OMG. This place is super pricey... the only way it is not pricey is if you get a lunch special and only 1 plate, but even then with a drink you will spend about $10-12. Both of us to eat was almost $40. That's sit down restaurant prices. Very very high for what our expectations were lower. read more

Great Selection! Place has a really friendly and cozy environment for you and your family. I found this place to be fantastic (4 Star) because of the selection. You can pretty much get anything here and that is always appealing to me. They don't just specialize in one thing - they have a selection and don't lack in flavor to accommodate such a vast menu. They have delicious mariscos and they Tacos de Chivo are ridiculously good. Fresh mad juices and the tacos are really big, meaty and tasty. Love these strip mall joints and I couldn't help but notice how this restaurant contained the word I end my yelp reviews with. Came at an off hour and there was one other person at the restaurant. Ordered the Shrimp Gobernador, Shrimp (camaron) taco, Asada taco, chicken taco, and carnitas taco. The gobernador sounds like Arnold Schwarzenegger saying he is the governor/terminator fused into one. However, the dish is not as complicated as it sounds. It's cheese, shrimp, and pico de Gallo in a crispy tortilla. They give you a side of grilled onions. The 'taco' is oily and a bit heavy but full of flavor. The tacos were all standard and decent amount of flavor. Each meat was not too chewy and had tenderness with each bite. Also ordered the Mangoneada and it was sure sour and the Chile powder had big kick. The taco joint holds about 20-30 people and next door to a Mexican bakery. Oh yea they have a salsa bar for you to take as much as you like. Nice. read more
