On top of that, she spent a big portion of the appointment pushing product packages and a membership instead of focusing on the treatment I was already there for. The attitude and overall customer service did not feel professional or caring. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I was never informed about the fee during the call, nor did I authorize my credit card to be used for membership charges. At my next visit, I updated my debit card information, but my monthly membership was again charged to my credit card. When I stopped by to purchase a Valentine's Day gift card that weekend, I explained the situation to the front desk and was told they wouldn't have charged it without authorization.
