Love, love, love VMS! Dr. Sadler is so knowledgeable and caring. I have spoken of her HRT so often and my family has seen such a difference in me that my sister now goes! They take the time to customize treatments - hormone replacement therapy and vitamin deficiencies fine-tuned specifically for my body has been a game changer! read more

Been going here for about 10 years. Switched from pellets to under tongue lozenge . After 90 days called to get refill and was told I would have to speak with Liz. Charge would be $137.00 to get a refill ? RIDICULOUS!!!! Just a MONEY GRAB. This place has changed now. Will not be back read more

I don't really leave negative reviews but I feel I have to on this one. I did the hydro facial and it was a JOKE. It was 20 min cleaning my skin with the machine and then I guess some kind of moisturizer after. My skin doesn't feel hydrated, I could do a better job with my scram and cream at home. Don't waist your money. read more

I went for hormone replacement therapy sort spent a pretty penny, called a week later for my f/u appointment to learn person I was dealing with was no longer there. I never got a call back regarding my treatment or lack there of, no f/ u nothing!! Worst place ever!! Don't waste your money, I know i don't have it to waste. If I were you, go somewhere they will respect you & your hard war earned money. read more

I love this place! I have been coming here every week for almost a year for my shot. The staff is the best I have ever worked with. Very professional, but not so professional where I feel uncomfortable. They do their best each and everytime to ensure my experience with them is amazing. I have already recommend others to come and have also brought in referrals, which I hardly ever do because that's my name on the list. Everyone agrees, they are the best. I highly recommend anyone to come in and see for yourself how amazing they are! read more

Vitality med spa in scottsdale is by far the worst vitality ive been to out of all their locations. The front desk staff is beyond rude and unprofessional.. not only did i overhear them talking badly about patients right after they left the building but the overall vibe was unacceptable . I recommend any one thinking about going to vitality med spa to take the extra drive and go to the mesa location... read more

Went here because the prices were relatively cheap compared to some of the other health spas in Phoenix. My roommate and I started the 3 week HCG program together (both of us having done it in the past and knew how it worked.) After a full week of the injections, we were still starving, shaky, sick, lightheaded at even the slightest movement and had only lost 2 lbs each. We had followed the Pounds and Inches protocol exactly, yet the HCG wasnt working like it was supposed to. So i called the female Doctor, and she told me we werent doing something right and just blamed us for it not working. She was very rude and continued saying her program wasnt to blame, it was something we were doing wrong (cheating on the diet, ect.) Which we didnt. So we tried an experiment. We continued to take the daily injections, and decided to have a "cheat day." We ate Sushi for lunch and pizza and beer for dinner. Knowing how HCG works, this should have made us gained atleast 3-5 lbs overnight. The next day we weighed in, and DIDNT GAIN ANYTHING. Im convinced they sold us bad hcg. They refused to give us a partial refund, or even switch the HCG for a fresh bottle. They insisited it was our fault and there was nothing they could do for us. AVOID THIS PLACE! They were nice enough, until we left the clinic. Then we were on our own to figure out whatever it was that we were injecting into our bodies. Spend a few bucks more and go to a good quality Spa. read more

Scottsdale Vitality Med Spa is top notch, including the front desk staff (Ignore the nasty review, it's far from the truth). They are all extremely professional and met my medical needs. I have searched for seven years to correct my problem. After reviewing my blood work, Liz figured out my problem in a matter of minutes. I've been seen by internal medicine doctors, family practitioners, sports medicine doctors, endocrinologists to no avail. This is the answer if you have hormone problems. read more

Been getting b12 shots here for almost 2 years. Awesome place! Staff very personable, it's quick & extremely affordable!

Great staff and service! Great prices already booked my next appointment! Been to other places but none match up to this place !

I can not say enough good things about this wellness center. They helped me attain and maintain my weight loss goals for almost a year. Liz is so wonderful, she is always there to listen and I feel like family when I walk through the door. If you are looking for a way to better you life, get the support you need to create the "you" you want to be, this is your place. And, with the new services they are adding to complete your wellness needs there will be no reason to go anywhere else. If you are reading this please know I don't write very many reviews, but this place deserves my time to sit down and write one. You will not be disappointed with your results or your experience. read more

The naturopathic medical doctors are weight loss and weight management experts. Highly recommend!

I love Vitality Med Spa! The girls at the front desk are super sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend Liz Sadler, NP. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable but she genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend! read more

I had such an amazing experience with Liz! She is very knowledgeable and listens to her patients!

Vitality Med Spa managed to sterilize me and cause hormone-induced organ failure. I went to Vitality Med Spa because I was having some trouble in the bedroom due to a medication I was taking. Their "doctors" advised me I needed hormone therapy to "supplement" my own testosterone. They did NOT advise me that it would make me cease to produce my own. After the second week of hormone therapy my testes shrank and had a sharp stabbing pain. They advised me to take DIM, an herbal "medicine" that is an extract from broccoli. It didn't do anything. After a few more weeks of being in pain and with my testes continuing to shrink, I went back for what was the final visit. I confronted the "doctor" about what I had read concerning hormone therapy shutting down my natural production. He seemed not to understand. I got a bit upset at that point, and mentioned the pain I had yet again. At that point they terminated treatment and said I should go to the ER. At that point in time they had STERILIZED me. Thankfully, I found a wonderful urologist that has a real medical degree, not a fake NMD, who helped me to recover. My hormone levels are still not what they were before going to Vitality Med Spa, but thankfully I am now at least functioning. They tried to sell me all kinds of garbage every time I went. And every time I had to remind them, as they were loading the needle for a B12 shot, that I was allergic to B12 (in vitamin form). This place is full of quacks and should be shut down. read more

I had a great experience at Vitality Med Spa today. I cannot say enough about how friendly there staff was. The location I visited was very professional both with the services received as well as the location itself. They gave me directions before going to my appointment so it was very easy to find. I look forward to going again next week. J Rodie read more

This is my first review on Yelp. I feel compelled to create an account and let people know how great this place is! I was coming in regularly for a B12 shot with fat burners but for a couple of weeks I was lured away by a Groupon to another place in town - HUGE mistake. Just a warning to any of you on hCG or not who are getting an extra boost from B12 injections with fat burners - they are not all created equal. Do your research online and check out the differences between cyanocobalamin which is man-made and methylcobalamin. Vitality Med Spa has affordable prices and membership programs for frequent clients. If you find a better deal in town, be suspicious and ask about the ingredients. Unlike other places, Vitality uses methylcobalamin. It stays in your body longer and at higher doses. All you need is one shot a week unlike the other place I tried that recommends 2-3 shots 2 times per week. Two visits per week is inconvenient and with that many needles I have a higher chance of bruising which is what happened at the other place. With one shot of the B vitamin cocktail with methylcobalamin at Vitality you will see results provided you eat regularly, drink plenty of water and don't pig out that week. I'm a fan of this place, their knowledgeable staff and Dr. Boyer. They have never bruised me - in fact I don't even feel the shots. I get advice on which vitamins and supplements are right for me and in which combinations. Plus they sell quality supplements at great prices. Most importantly, with their help and advice, I am closer than ever to my health and weight goals! Bottom line: When you're researching prices and checking reviews, be sure to ask about ingredients too. This place is affordable, effective, knowledgeable, quick but friendly and offers quality ingredients that your body will recognize and process so you see results. read more

As a man seeking alternative medical strategies for high cholesterol, and elevated blood sugar, Liz Sadler ,the lead nurse practitioner was excellent in her work with me. She asked questions that helped her to diagnose the appropriate course of treatment and made sure that I understood the treatment and answered all of my questions and concerns. I have been on a program of diet, exercise, supplements , & prescription drugs for a year and I am seeing positive results. Liz and her staff are encouraging and supportive. read more

My experience here was pleasant and comforting. My doctor was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Pam, her nurse, whom I had a lot of my visits with shared personal experiences and always made sure that my health and well being was priority. They offered many services as well as packages to save money. I took advantage of some cleansing and weight loss packages, just to get on track and feel more healthy. I learned about nutrition and healthy eating and what methods to use for quickly and safely dropping a few extra pounds. Even if you don't know exactly what you are looking for or where to start, I think the staff here can guide you. Their B12 shots and recommendations for fish oil and B Vitamin consumption seemed to help me and I will be replenishing my supply soon! If you're in this area, or even if you're not (I drove up from Chandler on my lunch hour!) check them out to see what products and services they can help you with! read more

Purchased a groupon for schlerotherapy and was told the latest appointment available was 3:30 pm. I work downtown, so took off work to do this. Was running a little late so called, was told I would have to rebook because there was another appt after me. Gee, thought I was the last appointment. The appt times are limited, and not conducive to those of us who work! And then not accommodating, probably because it's a groupon! read more

This is the second "medical" weight loss clinic I have been involved with. Went here because I was having difficulty getting into the other one (Medshape). I saw Dr. Hick's for an initial appointment and evaluation. I have never posted a review on any Dr. or medical facility before this, but she was the most condescending, arrogant, rude medical person I have ever encountered and I'm in my mid 50's so this isn't my first rodeo. Would definitely recommend Medshape and Dr. Sheehan, however! Got back in to see him and will not venture away again. read more
