The customer associate searched for the return label number on his own cell phone and was able to process the return without me having to drive home and get the necessary information. It was my first return, so I was not familiar with the procedure. Customer service like that is hard to find; I was blown away by his kind and helpful service attitude. I will always remember that and shop at Kohl's whenever I can.

They aren't nice enough to be a department store like Macy's or Nordstrom, but not cheap enough to be like Target. However, this store is clean and has amazing restrooms. Also, when making a return, I got $5 in Kohl's Cash that I decided to spend on some clearance candy. Upon going to the register, I found out that I had $10 Kohl's Cash on my account, so I essentially got $15 for free and didn't have to pay for any of the things I wanted to buy! No minimum, and you can use it on clearance items. Too bad Kohl's doesn't really carry anything that I wear besides Van's, undershirts, underwear and socks, but good to know for the future!

We were warmly greeted when we entered, and it seemed that the employees here genuinely liked working here. I saw them smiling and laughing and chatting with customers, who also were in good spirits. The merchandise here is clearly geared for younger women. It's a very "girly" store, but elevated. I saw plenty of lovely clothing, accessories and gift ideas, all in a mid-range price (relatively speaking. Nothing is really inexpensive, but neither are the prices exorbitant). Reading the other reviews, I see this shop is "faith-based", and they play Christian music. I was really surprised to see this! I am Jewish and I didn't even notice any of this. The store's hours are reduced due to the pandemic. This was my first time visiting a Maurices store and I was the first customer in the store today. The lady working here greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was friendly and helpful answering my questions about the store. The store was neat and well stocked with merchandise. Everything was nicely displayed. However, after I had spent about 15 minutes browsing the entire store, I could tell that their styles just weren't suited to my taste. My overall impression of the store is that they cater to women who favor a matronly style. If this is your choice of style then Maurices is a great store to check out.

Just coming out of graduate school poverty her wardrobe didn't extend to upscale professional and she loathes shopping. She left smiling. A really lovely and very professional woman took her firmly in hand, worked with her - granddaughter had her first great shopping experience. A happy girl, and the outfit looks great. I sat in the comfortable chair and caught up on email. Fabulous. Probably helped that granddaughter is French and they, generally understand the value of buying fewer things but of great quality . And I was paying. Stuff isn't not cheap, but it looks great and lasts forever. Another great deal, you probably have guessed that I didn't resist the temptation to do a little shopping. They had a rack of "renewed" items and I snatched a great sweater at an amazing price.

All the pieces work together; if you buy black slacks, the black tops are the exact same shade of black. This may sound simple but it actually isn't! Matching blacks or grays or camels is a challenge. To me, this brand is "garanimals" for adult women. They offer lots of great travel clothes made in Jersey fabrics so they are soft, non-restrictive, comfortable and don't wrinkle! But the clothing here is expensive; for example, the wide leg Jersey pants are in the $229 range. For me, that's expensive! I used to wear these pieces when I traveled weekly for my job. Often I flew across the country or overseas and when i arrived at my destination, I was picked up and taken directly to a business meeting. Yes, that was my previous life! Wearing the travel pants and a jacket from Eileen Fisher ensured that I was polished and presentable upon arrival. Now that I don't travel for business meetings, I stop in the boutique once in a while to look at the new inventory but rarely do I purchase. I prefer more form fitting clothes with cuts that flatter, in colors, and clothing that is more unique. The boutique is bright, clean and well organized as one would expect at a high end shop. It is on the smaller size, but since it's dedicated to just the Eileen Fisher Brand, there is still a broad selection. The women working there are very knowledgeable and will help select styles that work for your shape and requirements. If they don't have an item in the store, they will order and have it shipped to you at no cost. And if you shop there often, they will even proactively call you when an item arrives that they think you will like.
