It had been 4 hours since I placed the order, but I never received a message saying my order was ready. I was ready to leave, so went and inquired at the counter. Sure enough they had the jeans, but they are dealing with a transition to a new system so text messages weren't sent. Well, if the jeans had been there when I arrived, I never would have browsed the store to kill time, and wouldn't have found my new cardigan, so it all worked out.
