Not only was the salesgirl unhelp-ful, but she was also pushy and continued to bring me things to try on that I was not interested in. I know the employees make comission, but back off please. Also, they do NOT have mirrors in the dressing room. I really don't want to walk out of the dressing room everytime I try something on. This store seemed cluttered and the lack of mirrors in the dressing room was baffling. Buckle, you have the best jeans but I'll be shopping at your other locations.

This one is. Little crowded but that just means great variety of sizes for the perfect fit! Super cute pair of jeans on clearance with the additional coupon being less than $8? Awesome. So really...what more could you ask for? Funny anecdote: when I bring in a coupon (whether it's a certain dollar amount off or a percentage off), the girl at the register always gets flustered if she should apply the coupon *before* or *after* the redline discount. The store is…read morealways kept neat and tidy, and the staff are super friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond on a couple of occasions. I came in one day to go shopping for denim shorts. I've always had a hard time finding ones that fit me and make me feel comfortable, but the associate that helped me that day was so patient and kind, even when I kept asking for additional sizes and styles to try on. Even though I didn't buy any that day, she let me know additional sizes and styles were available online to order in case I wanted to order some and try them on at home. During my most recent trip, I lost my car keys and went frantically searching through the mall to try to find them. An associate was able to find them and went out into the mall to help get them back to me. Thanks so much to Emma B and the associates in store that night that saved me from a complete panic!! :)

The LOFT is like hobo chic meets preppy-- meets casual office work-- meets weekends out with the family fashion all rolled up into one store! Who doesn't love that wide range of style all in one little store?! Now there have been some years where I was like-- what was the buyer thinking?! But for the most part I usually end of buying something from their collections every couple of months when they hit a new season. I love how clean and crisp their styles are with the occasional flare-- depending on how fashion forward their buyer is that specific year. I love that the LOFT keeps it very cohesive and inexpensive. I also love their amazing sales when their trying to get rid of stuff. On my recent first time visit to this specific LOFT store, I found 1 last size 0 green poly blend wide leg cropped pants. They fit amazing and very well tailored for a steal-- $29.99 steal to be exact! I was only expecting a 40% discount but it rang up at 50% off instead! Yay! Also the store was super clean and neat and the sales people were on their sales game-- asking me and other customers to start us fitting rooms. I was greeted by the manager of the store who was very cheerful, knowledgeable and friendly which made my shopping that much more enjoyable. I bought a body suit that is too big but have been out of town and missed the 30 day return window by 2 days. I took it in to see what can be done, and the girl in store told me to call customer service, assuring me that they're typically able to make exceptions. The rep I spoke with barely asked what was going on before telling me I'm SOL. When I asked for a supervisor or review, he told me he could send it up but they're going to give me the same answer. HORRIBLE customer service from a brand that's been going downhill with quality that's been decreasing. I would have been happy with an exchange for a size that fits, but now I'll probably just be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing, Express.
