They offer military discounts, memberships, birthday parties...On the day we went, it was lock out Friday! Meaning, you get to skate all night, 10pm-7am for $35, with pizza and drinks provided. The shop itself is in part of a large building, so you need to follow the hot pink signs to find the entrance and their parking lot. I'd checked the business out online and discovered that it's a non-profit charity, so I brought in a bag of items to donate to the store. I was overwhelmed by the space. There's so much to see and a bunch of different rooms. I walked around in circles because it was just too much for my brain. I know I missed areas but I had to give up due to input overload. If you've got time, Upscale Rummage is a great place to visit and shop. It's always nice to know that your money will be doing good in the community.

They are a favorite place to stop on First Fridays, when I can hardly get in the door! And the stream of new and fun fashions and accessories is non-stop. Service is friendly and personal, too. Still one of my favorite stops. This is like shopping in a dear friend's great closet. Although the store is tiny, the variety always surprises me, and the service can't be beat. I find interesting items I find nowhere else, and while their prices are consistent with other stores, their sale items make them more affordable. There is even a comfortable place to sit! I have purchased tops, purses, outerwear, scarves, jewelry, and other items. Easy to miss since it is north of Casa Bonita and before the train tracks, up a couple of stairs. But with such a uniquely-vintage location and terrific items and service, it is worth the extra steps. Easy parking right in front, or in the copious parking lots around the corner on Lake Street.
