Wasted my time in this giant store trying to find something myself that wasn't even in there. The store wasn't even particularly busy at the time. The store is very nicely laid out with vig and tall styles from shkrts and t sgirts up to polos, slacks, suits and ties. The val working was very nice, helpful and had great suggestions all in a low sales pressure way which I appreciated. They have a service where you can go i to the dressing room and get scanned for the best fitting sizes for your body. I did find some nice options for full suits at what seems to me a very reasonable price compared to what I found in other stores and on line. The other items, shorts, shirts are priced comparable to other big and tall stores, and they have a bice clearance section and decent sales.

I walked over to the other items on the shelf that they had hanging for sale that were exactly the same, and all these were dented in also the plastic on them when I'd let her know how rudely she was talking to my daughter she said well this one time I'll return them but they're clearly opened. I said oh so you're calling my daughter a liar. She said not one word and refunded the money. My daughter nor I will ever shop here again and I'll tell everybody who's thinking about shopping here about our experience. Even after I posted this review, the owner of the store contacted me and said they apologized that I wasn't happy, but who would be happy when they've been called a liar or dishonest and who would wanna contact them back or do business with them I don't understand. There is nothing else to discuss regardless of whether they issued a refund. It's the principle of this bad for the bad review.

The one on one shopping experience is amazing and you will leave with an outfit that not only fits well but also makes you feel great. Felicia has outfits for all shapes and sizes not just 0 to 14. She only purchases a few of each item so you will not see your outfit walking down the street or at your event. There are so MANY clothes to choose from. When you make your appointment Felicia will ask about your preferences in colors and styles, your current dress size, and the type of event you are going to wear the outfit to. This allows her the time to put together a grouping that she believes will best suit you. I was early for my appointment and was able to spend two hours with Ms. Felicia. I found her to be so interesting, kind, intuitive, and great at what she does. I left the shop feeling confident that the outfit I purchased is appropriate, and that I am going to look amazing at my son's wedding in October.

This store has a promotion, text 26262 to receive $10 off of $50. Manager lady says the code isn't working. I show her my phone as proof, she shows me her computer and says it's not working. Okay so what am I supposed to do??? That's your system failure. Not mine. Not only was she not even offering any help, she just stood there and gave me attitude. Like lady I'm here to purchase what I need and leave. There's no reason for you to behave the way that you are. This is the closest location to me and best believe I will be spreading the word to go elsewhere. The employees helping on the floor are great. This manager said "the manager will need to verify this" and I had to find out from a floor employee that the lady with the bun on her head with the attitude WAS the manager. WSS do better, if she looks like she doesn't want to work and even help a customer out, then she probably DOESN'T want to work there. I will never understand these kinds of people, go find a different job where you're not giving out attitude to people who are shopping at your store?? And I'm sure there's no consequences on her end either but ik for a fact that I'm not the only one who had the worst checkout experience with her. And for some god awful reason, she's always there. I had to ask the floor employee who else could help me, there's a supervisor Ree I think. She was unfortunately on break. My poor mom, if I wasn't there to help my mother, I have no idea how she would have treated my mother, I can speak up for myself but my mother doesn't. And there's plenty of people who shop here who are not fluent in English. The floor employees need to take her spot, they were the most helpful and had no problem assisting us.

This trip was my forst time at the Roseville Galleria location. Stopped in and was immediately greeted by Sales Associate Izzy who was at the front entrance area. She asked if I was looking for anything in particular, to which I replied I was looking for a Christmas gift and had been looking as several different items. We started in the the jewelry section based on my initial expressed interests with the bracelets, and then onto some smaller purses; specifically the clutches. And then we eventually made our way to the back to look at the designer shoes & belts. Ultimately with Izzy's assistance I settled on the following: Tory Burch clutch (black) Tory Burch belt (black) Overall: Izzy was extremely helpful throughout my shopping experience, and happily answered all of my questions. Taking me throughout the various sections of the store, and giving me plenty of time and help to make my final selection.
