I supplied the material (all the bridesmaids had to wear the same material), and after taking my measurements, she was able to draw up a design quickly. I have a few suggestions of how I wanted my slit and the top cut. She welcomed and adjusted according to my suggestions. If I have a suggestion, but it didn't seem like a good idea- she also politely explained why it wouldn't work. One of the kindest ladies I have met. I will definitely come here again for future designs (and give her more notice). If she can be this good on short notice, I can only imagine how great she is with more time.

I had the pleasure of working with Maddy on my last visit and she was beyond helpfull. Trying on clothes was a challenge to be sure and I am lucky to have a great husband. I went in to try on a dress and the woman who I believe is the manager was too busy fixing her hair and earrings to offer me a fitting room, and she didn't ask the employee she was clearly training to assist me in any way. I awkwardly waited for two minutes before finding a room myself, which wasn't easy as most were a mess. When I went to check out - what should have been a two-minute transaction - I waited TWENTY MINUTES despite being one of three customers in the store, because the single employee actually working was doing a return/exchange and casually chatting with her customer while another woman and I waited, and waited, and waited. FINALLY the manager emerged from the fitting room, offered no apologies and typed on a computer for several more minutes before eventually taking the woman in front of me. For a relatively nice brand in an upscale shopping area, I was appalled at the complete lack of customer service and efficiency. Need to get some new management in there!

The service is always incredible; be it a return, and exchange or a purchase, the staff at this Lululemon is solid. With my most recent visit, after walking in and browsing for a few seconds, I was offered help (which I desperately needed). The staff is super knowledgeable and very patient. I was able to knock out the few items I picked out in minutes, and hop in line to make my purchase. Lululemon isn't cheap, but its well made and the girls in my house love it. As long as I'm provided customer services like I've been getting, my only comment can be 5 stars and a double snap (In Living Color, LOL)
