Worthog Cider! I went here for the sole purpose of purchasing some cider based off of a tasting of the award-winning Cherry at a relative's house. I didn't realize they had other flavors, too! They are ALL good. To get to the store to purchase, from the main parking lot take the sidewalk all of the way to the left and enter under the Earle Estates Meadery sign. There's blueberry, ginger, cherry, strawberry...so many to choose from so I bought them all and am enjoying them over time. The store also had some local items and had real honeybees making honey right in the store!

Loved this place. We went home with a few selections of their wine. Wine flights were delicious along with the wine slushy flights. Good environment and our server was super friendly.

Each time we come back to North Tonawanda/Buffalo . We make it a part of our stops. Two different types of wines on each side. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Too bad they do not ship to Illinois yet. So, we left with 4 cases of wines total! there are many wineries out here in the Finger Lakes area we have tried them. Torrey Ridge is the best!! Scenery it beyond words. CHEERS

This is another awesome winery in the Finger Lakes. The building looks like a governor's mansion. The inside is also pretty cool with chandeliers. In terms of the wine tasting, their wines are definitely on the sweeter side, which is usually not my forte. But I did enjoy most of them, to my surprise. They are known for their mead, which I was not very knowledgeable of until my tasting. They are fermented with honey, yeast, and water. And mead was apparently loved by the Vikings and the Greeks, the latter referred to them as the "nectar of the gods." I tried their Twinkle mead, which was a little too sweet for my taste but not bad. My favorites from their specialty blends were the Strawberry Shadows and the Raspberry Reflections.

We almost turned around when we entered, unsure of what to expect from a place that has "redneck" plastered all over their building. We were fully prepared for the music to stop when we entered and for whatever horrible experience that would follow such a decision. Anyway, none of that happened and it actually turned out to be one of our favorite visits of the day. We randomly stopped in for an impromptu visit while driving by the vineyard. At first sight, their building stands out for two reasons, one being the actual large structure and second the redneck wines sign posted near the road. Upon entering you will see a pretty space with a selection of wines and the tasting bar located on the right hand side. For groups, there is also a bar located upstairs. On the downstairs tasting area, they keep all of their wines in coolers (really weird) I'm not sure why a place of this size doesn't have a better or more organize system worked out than coolers. Clearly it takes a toll on the employees constantly bending over and running from cooler to cooler to try and find 6 or more wines for each visitor. For this reason alone, I'm withholding a star. It was quite busy on this Saturday afternoon, so it took awhile before we were able to find a space along the bar. The tasting is $5pp for a selection six different wines. One major difference which merits a higher rating was the kindness, attentiveness and the willingness of the staff to assist. They were clearly understaffed and overworked, but super friendly. They gave us several extra pours and a double tasting for one wine in order to, "finish off the bottle." In other words, they were quite generous and for this we will be returning and I'm a fan of the overall product and experience. The star of the show is clearly their redneck line of wines. Yes the wines are overly sweet, but what would one expect from a winery that sells a line of wines with "Redneck" in the title? They have a small selection of dry, but the vast majority are super sweet and almost taste like cocktails. Torrey Ridge Winery clearly knows their customer base and I'm guessing that it isn't necessarily the most sophisticated wine drinker. Instead their wines are like cocktails or wine coolers, similar to an Arbor Mist, minus the excessive food coloring, with a slightly higher alcohol content. I personally think that many of their wines were great. Definitely a fun bottle to bring along for a gathering with the friends.

Many wines to choose from This place is HUGE.. They have redneck wines and let me tell you it attracts the rednecks. I'm not trying to be discriminated but the crowd that was in there surprised me. I'm not sure if that's the approach that they are seeking. The wines to me were ok. Nothing jumped out at me. My wife got a couple of bottles here.

Torrey Ridge is a beautiful winery with a lovely interior and tasting bar. They have a lot of different wines, fruit wines, and other spirits to try and they're linked with their redneck line of wines, warthog cidery, and a meadery next door! Our tasting left a lot to be desired, the staff member working with us left me feeling rushed and almost like I was a bother to her. I like to hear about and learn about the different wines I am trying. Before seconds had passed my glass was taken and refilled with something else before I had a chance to really process what I had just tried. I did end up purchasing a bottle of their semi-sweet Niagara wine which was pretty good. I think this place could have received a much higher review from me and have been a better experience, but it frustrated me the way we were treated during our tasting. I like the experience of spending time in a beautiful place, talking about the wine, and learning about what goes into it etc. That's the point of wine tasting! So advice, slow it down and give your customers their due time, they'll likely buy more that way and come back more often!

Service was awful. The server didn't smile, say hello, offer information. Nothing. Less than one star.

The wine tasting is also $15 for 5 different wines with the gold label, and an extra $3 for the black label wines. Honestly don't remember exactly which types we tried, but they were all really good. We ended up buying a bottle after the tasting and enjoying a picnic of food that we brought outside. The view is absolutely beautiful, and there's plenty of seating for big or small parties. I definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area!

First, the hillside view of Keuka Lake is gorgeous. Second, the tasting room interior has a modern and spacious feel. Third, we both enjoyed the Gewurtztraminer wine and purchased one bottle. Our server was quick to assist with the $12 tasting, but he seemed a bit rushed after a large crowd of visitors entered the facility. On the minus side, the rieslings were a bit flat compared to those of Dr. Konstantin Frank. Also, we made an advance reservation for 2pm, but the facility ignored it since it appeared to have a general "walk-in" policy for everyone. One downside of ignoring advance reservations is that it created a chaotic experience with customer waves. Also, it took about 15 minutes to check-out since a long line formed to exit and pay for the tastings. But overall, this was a good experience.

His deep knowledge and passion shone through as he shared the rich history of the winery. The owners originally purchased land in Bucks County for farming but later moved to the Finger Lakes region, where they expanded into winemaking, a bakery, and a deli--a true craft-driven endeavor. Tabora was offering a special deal: buy one tasting flight, get the second free. Normally, I gravitate toward the drier the better, but the Winemaker's Jam caught my eye. My flight included: 1. 2021 Pinot Noir 2. 2021 Cabernet Franc 3. N.V. Heritage Noir 4. 2021 Maréchal Foch I started with the Pinot Noir, a light-bodied wine with aromas of cherry blossoms, strawberries, and dried fruit--absolutely sensational. Keith explained that all of Tabora's wines age in used French oak barrels but never for more than 18 months. Instead of prolonged oak aging, they transition the wine to stainless steel, preserving freshness while imparting just a touch of oak influence. Next up was the Cabernet Franc, which had soft tannins, a light body, and notes of raspberry and green bell pepper, with a slight oak finish--and wow, it was good. Then came my hands-down favorite: the Heritage Noir, a blend of different wines that was dry yet bursting with layered fruit flavors. It was truly an incredible experience on the palate. Finally, I sampled the Maréchal Foch, a sensational, jammy wine with hints of blackberry and pomegranate and a beautifully smooth finish. But Keith wasn't done yet--he had me try a few more, including an unoaked Cabernet Franc, which became another favorite. Aged 100% in stainless steel, it was bright with red fruit, hints of cherry, vanilla, and a touch of chocolate on the finish. Beyond the wines, Keith himself was a standout. As we sipped, he shared his life journey--from New York to Hawaii, a path shaped by his mother and sister. His stories were captivating, and if he ever writes a book, I'd be the first in line to read it. Cheers to Keith and Tabora for an unforgettable experience! #fingerlakes
