I chose them because they had the best strategy to combat the problem, even though they weren't the cheapest quote we received. I wanted the fix to last long term, not just hold me over for a year or two before another gopher invasion destroys our yard. Everything was extremely professional and delivered to contract specifications. We were extremely happy with the results. They had to move a portion of our fence to get the big equipment in but you wouldn't even know it had been moved because they were total pros putting things back. When we asked for additional scope of work (a French drain), they were quick to get back to me with a quote and incorporating the additional work didn't push out the timeline. We hired Leticia to pour a large stamped patio. When completed the Far East half of the stamping was barely there due to the concrete setting up. When I requested that she complete the job per our contract she refused and later I received a notice of a lien from star concrete because she never paid her contractor. Because of this I had to pay them 2368Since I have filed a claim with the state contracts board. Currently under investigation. Now we have to get the concrete removed and repoured to look right. A simple job that just wasn't managed well and held no accountability. Very disappointed considering the history of this company and the reviews I saw before hiring her. Be very careful.
