After spending many frustrating hours in my garage trying to install trailer brakes myself, I…read morefinally decided to call a professional. It was the best decision I could have made. I needed free-backing drum brakes installed on my boat trailer, along with all the wiring. My trailer originally didn't have brakes, and I thought it would be a simple project--but I was completely wrong. I found this company on Google, gave them a call, and just three days later they came out to do the installation. My first impression was excellent. They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take. Their work truck was clean, they were well-organized, and all three technicians were professional and respectful. I left them working in my garage while I went to work, and when I came home a few hours later, everything was finished. The installation was outstanding. My garage was spotless, the brake system looked professionally installed, and all the wiring was neatly hidden inside the trailer frame instead of hanging underneath. The attention to detail really stood out. I've already put a few hundred miles on the trailer and launched my boat several times, and everything has worked flawlessly. I highly recommend them for any trailer brake installation or trailer repair. I'm extremely happy with the quality of their work. Thank you!

I hadn't done it before, so I asked if I could hang out, watch and learn so I at least know what's going on inside there. Well my wheels didn't have nearly enough grease from the factory so it's good I had them come by, they replaced bearings and adjusted brakes, I'm confident in their work and know I'm safe on the road. Legit the kindest people you could ask for, thorough and know their stuff. I ask questions, they can answer them and explain what they're looking at and looking for. There's a reason their reviews are great, this is who you want to take care of your vehicles.

This is the first time I visited a smaller auto mechanic vs some of the bigger chains such as…read moreFirestone. In my last visit to a bigger chain nearly 3 months earlier, and they quoted me with a bunch of work that "all" needed to be done that would cost me well over $3k. Decided to give this place a shot, as it's down the street from my place and heard great reviews on Yelp. Jay was great and did a great job breaking everything down and reviewing next steps of what I could expect. After reviewing everything and taking my needs into account, he saves us over $1500 compared to what the big mechanic shop would charge us. Solid business and will definitely be taking my car to this shop for any big fixes or repairs.

I took my 2001 Toyota Sequoia here to get repaired after originally taking it to a Toyota…read moredealership that quoted me $7,500 for the repairs. That felt insane to me, so I decided to get a second opinion and took it to Auto Technik instead. I am SO glad I did. I first reached out to them through Yelp, then hopped on a phone call with them, and they were able to take my car in the very next day. After diagnosing it, we were all pretty shocked to find out that what the Toyota dealership said needed to be repaired had actually been misdiagnosed. Jay was able to figure out what was really going on simply by plugging into the car and properly reading the diagnostics. We were honestly appalled that the Toyota dealership hadn't caught it in the first place. So instead of spending $7,500 at the dealership and most likely STILL not fixing the actual problem, Auto Technik was able to properly diagnose and fix my Sequoia for around $1,500. Aside from saving me a ton of money, everyone here was just so nice and communicative with me throughout the entire process. I felt like they were honest with me, explained what was going on, and genuinely wanted to make sure the actual problem was fixed. I'm seriously so appreciative of Jay and everyone at Auto Technik. After this experience, I'm really glad I found a shop I feel like I can trust with my car. I wish them nothing but continued success!

I purchased this RAM vehicle from your dealership, so whenever I have had an issue with the…read morevehicle, I have brought it back to your service department. Recently, two of my tires blew out and I had both tires replaced at your dealership. The invoice included the cost of the tire pressure sensors, but your service department was unable to properly program them. Because of this issue, I had to come back to your dealership three separate times. Each time, I was told that the sensors had been reset and that I just needed to drive on the freeway for about 20 minutes for the tire pressure readings to appear. However, the issue was never resolved. On my third visit, I was finally told that your dealership could not program the sensors and that I would have to take the vehicle to a RAM dealership to have them reprogrammed. My question is: why was I not told this from the beginning? I paid your dealership in full for the service, including the sensors, but the job was only partially completed. I then had to waste my time making three separate trips to your dealership before being told that I needed to go somewhere else. What is even more frustrating is that there was no apology or any real effort to take responsibility for the inconvenience. I also repeatedly received text messages asking for feedback about the service. I left a negative review explaining what happened, but no one seemed to care or follow up with me. I eventually went to a RAM dealership, and they told me that reprogramming the sensors would cost more than $200. Your dealership had previously told me that this would be free. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If your dealership was unable to complete the sensor programming, that should have been clearly explained to me from the beginning instead of repeatedly telling me the problem had been fixed and sending me back on the road. I believe your dealership should take responsibility for the additional cost and inconvenience caused by this situation.
