My only gripe as a very amateur DIYer was for a starter replace on my Sienna, they quoted me $500 and change. 15 minutes later I was on my way to pick up a denzo from a local Toyota dealership that ended up costing me about $200 after the core refund. Changing this starter cost me a ten minute YouTube video and about 20 minutes of work. A ratchet, an extender, and three metric sockets. Bananas. This repair was easier and cleaner than an oil change. I get it that it's a shop. I get that not every starter is going to be this easy, but you can walk over to a parking stall with the new starter and bang out two or three of these per hour if you're a professional. If you need quality Toyota parts quick, this is your next best thing to a dealership.

I needed some major work done on my car but Eric was able to do a "temporary fix" until I get enough money to fully fix my issue. This shop has been here for almost 40 years. Family owned and a trusted mechanic shop in the community. Their lobby is super clean, comfortable and modern. You could chill here the entire time if you needed be to do work on your laptop, get a snack in their vending machine, grab some coffee and watch TV. They were so efficient they had my car ready in half a day. We had an electrical issue with the trailer plug, damaged rear molding, a drip when we filled up with diesel and a vent cover that wouldn't close completely. The estimate was very fair, and their time to complete the repair was as estimated. When we picked up the RV all the repairs were perfect, the paint on the repaired molding matched perfectly!
