He clearly explained the three items that needed to be repaired, and after getting those repairs done (along with a dealer recall), I returned within the 30-day grace period. The reinspection was quick only about 30 to 35 minutes and I only had to pay the re inspection / certificate fee. Everything Eduardo pointed out was completely valid, and the process was honest, straightforward, and efficient from start to finish. Great communication, no surprises, and excellent customer service. I was so appreciative that I came back with pizza for Eduardo and his technicians as a small thank you for taking such good care of me.
