I reached out to them because my Mini Cooper wasn't passing the smog check. After running the diagnostic test, they were quickly able to troubleshoot and provide pricing for parts. Within a day, they were able to fix my car and get it to stop showing 3 fault codes. After putting some miles into the car, Mike suggested that I come back in to run a complimentary meter check to see if any codes are detected and thankfully nothing showed. They showed me the parts they switched out and explained what the problems were. Mike also notified me what to keep an eye out for based on his assessment with his inspection of other parts of my car. What I appreciate about their service is their responsiveness to my initial inquiry, communication throughout the entire process, and honesty. I felt if something was wrong after performing the service, they'd really try to fix the problem. Just a feeling, but I do believe they know what they're doing. Mike also switched out my coolant reservoir due to cracks that was complimentary and also offered to top off my engine oil every couple of months.
