Do not take your car to this location there nothing but scammers and will steal parts from your car and put damage parts in your car for a quick fix. I took my truck in for a rebuilt transmission they call me told me my truck was ready, I find out parts were tooken off my my mirrors, cover my steering wheel, emblems. Then I took my truck to have it break down 10 miles down the road, truck wouldn't go over 50, started to over heat. I had to pay for a tow truck to pick up my truck take it to another transmission shop. To find out they installed a cracked case transmission they didn't replace parts they claimed they fix they caused over $5000 in damages, pathetic owner won't return my calls his wife another shady business person won't return messages these ppl are worst you can deal with close them down. Lawyer route it is

A unprofessional and childish boss on a scooter.

Don't waste your money and time here. I got a wheel alignment 3 months ago and noticed my steering was off again about a month and a half after and I recently noticed that my tires are complete shredded from the inside. I came to get that situated and I heard them talking in the back to tell me that they don't do warranty on low cars (my car is at stock height) which they never disclosed to begin with. I told them that an alignment doesn't go bad in less than a month and they must have not torqued the bolts correctly. The so called mechanic claimed that he used to forget to tighten the bolts when he first started but now he doesn't. They claimed they tighten the bolts without a torque meter for all cars but deny that the bolts can go loose from improper torque. I tried talking to the boss but he was worse than the "mechanic" that did the alignment. He was completely ignorant and kept talking over me with claims if I wanted the correct torque specs and quality work go to the dealer and that BMW's alignment go bad very quick and it was bound to happen soon. He later claimed that their alignment warranty was only 3 months after I mentioned when I got it done which was never disclosed next to anything. The boss got in my face aggressive yelling when I called his work pathetic (No lies his work said it all) and just turned around when he couldn't prove his point. Don't trust a company that has a boss playing around in a scooter and makes inappropriate comments with his colleagues. Learn from me I'm down 2 tires and $70 for alignment. There's a reason they do cash and Zelle only, so you can't claim a dispute after they rip you off. For the future when this happens please report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Brought some tires and rims to swap out. They were mounted, balanced and they even patched a small hole for me. Quick and clean job. I'll be back.

I took the truck to Matt at Top Alignment as I heard he does great work from a coworker. Matt worked quickly and performed a great alignment and showed the before and after results of the work he did. For the value and the great customer service I highly recommend taking your car here. He even was able to do the alignment without the alignment pins, saving us money. Also, make sure to say hello to the best manager around, Buster, as he walks around ensuring all work is done properly.

When I arrived, the front desk experience was immediately off. When I asked about pricing, I was met with an unprofessional response: "Didn't you already get a quote over the phone?" I simply wanted to confirm details in person and ask if anything additional might be needed. Shortly after, a technician took my van for a quick drive--literally about two minutes--then came back and said they couldn't do anything because the van has a 2-inch factory lift. This didn't make sense to me, considering the vehicle comes that way from the factory and other alignment shops are able to work on it without issue. It honestly felt like a cop-out excuse to avoid doing the work. If this shop isn't equipped or willing to align Sprinter vans with factory specs, that should have been communicated clearly before I took time out of my day to bring it in. Overall, this was a frustrating experience due to poor communication and lack of professionalism. I would recommend they be more upfront with customers about their capabilities and improve how they interact with people in person.

Brought my car in, went over some paperwork and was told I'd be contacted once the inspection was complete. Sure enough Matt called me to let me know there were some items found during inspection and which ones needed to be addressed right away. After agreeing to the updated quote they got to work. I came back to the shop prior to being told my car was ready, and I think there may have been a delay in getting parts needed (dropped the car off at 9am, wasn't done until 4pm). Other than that, the quoted price is what I paid, there wasn't any pushing to buy a service that wasn't needed. I will definitely be bringing my car back for the additional work needed.

I had ruled out the upstream O2 sensor, catalytic converter (both new), MAP sensor, and fuel injectors. I explained all of this to Matt before bringing the car in. He assured me they could perform deeper diagnostics with their equipment. After dropping off the car, Matt called and told me they had "confirmed" exactly what I had already told them, and that the next step would be pulling spark plugs--for an additional fee. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. What I don't understand is why I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee, plus a $4 hazardous materials fee and $3 shop supply fee. Plugging a car into a diagnostic scanner does not generate any hazardous waste--no fluids are drained, no chemicals are used, and no parts are replaced. There's nothing about a basic scan that would justify a hazardous materials charge. That kind of fee typically applies when disposing of things like oil, coolant, or other regulated waste, none of which occurred here. In the end, I paid $92, wasted time and gas, and learned nothing new. The most concerning part was Matt admitting he didn't even know spark plugs would need to be checked as part of further diagnosis.
