Long story short got all four rotor and brakes installed brand new OEM for Lexus IS 250. 2 weeks later I start getting squeaking sound coming from one of the brakes. I say what. What are you talking about those are OEM brakes. He says the brakes are good just you'll need new ones. I look at the guy and he looks confused, just as confused as I do. Two days ago, I went to Tirez2day (conveniently located only a few blocks from my house) to get the…read moreserpentine belt replaced on my Honda Civic. This is the third time since 2023 that I went to this shop to get work done on my car...and that's because its owner, Daniel, is one of the most upstanding individuals you'll meet (at an auto shop or elsewhere) to perform a service that's requested. The first time I went to Tirez2day was in May 2023...when I needed to get my brake pads replaced, which Daniel did successfully and at a reasonable cost. The second time I went to Tirez2day was less than three weeks ago...when I needed to get a wheel alignment for my Civic. A sensor on the alignment device at the shop wasn't working properly, so Daniel asked if I could return the next day (a Sunday, when Tirez2day is usually closed) to get the alignment done, which I did. Because of this, Daniel only charged me $75 instead of the $100 I would've had to pay if the alignment was performed on the previous day as intended! And with the serpentine belt, I only paid $115 for the engine part and service. I was putting off on replacing the belt (which was causing my car to vibrate significantly when I turned on the air conditioner and was idling at a red light) because I thought it was somehow damaged from wear-and-tear over the years, and would've cost me hundreds of dollars more to replace at another shop! So to put an end to a lengthy review, I highly recommend Tirez2day if you need service done on your automobile. This shop has been in business since 2014, and with good reason... Its owner has high integrity and will do everything he can to perform the maintenance on your vehicle as requested. And at a reasonable cost!

It was immaculate upon picking it up. I noticed they created a Crack in the door panel that was not there when I dropped my truck off. The owner told me he would have it repaired and sent me to a hole in the wall shop they told me they would not be able to repair and paint it. They couldn't match the color or repair it Gave me the runaround.. On top of everything I paid them $2500 to rebuild my transmission, instead of replacing the Shifting cable that goes to gear selector on transmission, they zip tied it put a bunch of zip ties on it to hold the gearshift in place. Wow I'm just finding this out. Had my truck inspected because it wouldn't go into park. So they caused damage to my vehicle that they did not repair, or reimburse me for because they were trying to figure out how the doors were built without door handles, they ended up putting a big crack in my door and He took parts off of my truck super bad BUSINESS I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this shop. He installed the part, and the problem wasn't ever fixed. He said now it's something else, (Mind you) when I asked to see the diagnostic codes, from the assistant who ran the codes he said "I can't show you them, you have to wait until the head honcho gets here" a red flag. I finally went to 2 other mechanics, and TURNS OUT they both showed me the codes and showed me exactly what needed to be fixed; which both mechanics information that they provided me matched and aligned. And guaranteed the issue would be fixed. This guy who did my work, on my car said it's something completely different, when I asked about the warranty about the part he installed he said "oh it's something else now" it's not the part" WHY WOULD HE DO THIS? Because he knows EXACTLY what the issue is and if he can fool me into thinking it s something else, he'd know he'd be making more money. MIND YOU! When I asked about a new part he said it would cost more than the used part he sourced. When I asked the other two mechanics they said the new parts were only $200 more than the used part he sourced, which this mechanic said would cost thousands more... I later took the vehicle to another shop, where they performed an actual diagnostic and found a B1235 code related to the driver-side blend door actuator. That diagnosis matched the symptoms exactly and led to a targeted repair instead of an expensive refrigerant service. I was disappointed because I went there based on the positive reviews and expected a diagnostic approach. Being quoted a diagnostic fee over the phone and then being steered away from a diagnosis once I arrived left me feeling like my concerns weren't being taken seriously.
