I was hit from behind and was kind of unsure of who to go to and was getting quotes that seemed outrageous- I'm a young woman... so I'm usually afraid to go to auto shops alone because I don't want to be taken advantage of with not knowing much about cars. From the get go David made sure to break everything down and showed me how much it would all cost. I was never surprised with anything and the outcome of my back bumper is spectacular! It looks like a brand new car and I'm so impressed. We're bringing in my dads car next week to fix the front bumper. I highly recommend coming here for your body work, I know my whole family will be sticking with Lloyd in the future! Also, my car came back to me WAY cleaner than when I left it- no issues with dirt or anything in my car!

I messaged a couple of different collision repair shops on Yelp, hoping we'd find a somewhat reasonably priced estimate - which we were highly doubtful we'd find due to how much damage there was. Eros responded promptly and gave us an approximate estimate right away and it was EXTREMELY fair. All of the other collision repair shops I reached out to had estimates that were $2000 more than the one Eros provided. At first, we thought it was too good to be true, but we looked at his other customer's reviews/photos and everyone mentioned how fair his prices were, how honest he was, and what a great job he did. We called Eros to let him know we'd like to bring our car in for an in-person inspection so that we could get a firm price on the repairs. We're on a budget so we knew if the price had gone up too much more, we were just going to sell the car and find a newer model used car down the road. Eros ended up finding more issues with the car, but instead of tacking on more costs, he gave us a DISCOUNT on the quote he gave us through Yelp! Eros is honest, kind, and has truly amazed us with his customer service. Though my car has not yet been repaired, I have no doubt he's gonna do a great job. Thank you so much Eros! You've just gained yourself another loyal customer.

I purchased a car from Carvana that was delivered with hail damage on the hood and severe road rash on the bumper (wasn't advertised).
