Jorge is friendly & personable. I had to call to make sure of their location as it's in a narrow alley area, but he met me at the front to greet me. We checked out the car to confirm what I needed done, he got my agreement, & took the car closer to his shop. He gave me an estimate to have the car done by either end of same day or by the following morning. He ended up staying a little later to get my cameras installed! I came on by, he made adjustments so we were both in agreement of where I wanted to cameras, & he took his time to set everything perfectly. The whole experience was smooth & easy. I will definitely be going back to get services done on my vehicle & will be recommending his shop to my family & friends.

Big guy sitting in the desk told my husband that the "part of the transaction never went through" (OUR bank statements say otherwise) and that he needed to charge him again. He charged him again also adding $350 for tint job that he promised would be $250 total since he "really liked" my husband... that was just false advertisement for us to spend our money there! The system that they installed went out within a week!!! BC the the incorrect wires were used.. they set the system up to fail just to get more money! Anyways they stated that we had warranty as well if anything happened... husband went back in to get it fixed under " warranty" but instead left with another charge of $900+ for the new system... mind you they never finished the tint job as well .. bc "no time" Not to mention, they broke the back panel of the car when doing the installation didn't bother, giving us a discount or addressing the problem Really wish we would've read the yelp reviews before spending any dollar there!! I don't recommend them! They're very unprofessional bad with time management! You could tell their business is failing just by the way they come up with random amounts to charge you! The car looked great but desperately needed mechanical help. Specifically it was leaking a lot of oil from multiple places, plus a series of other issues. I interviewed a number of providers. What I was looking for was someone that knew what they were doing AND actually cared about their work. When I talked to Manny, I knew he filled the requirements. I reread the 1 star reviews again here on Yelp before I wrote this and have trouble believing them. Here's why: Manny is a truly detail oriented guy. Although everybody makes mistakes, based on my experience, he would always return phone calls. In any event, he went through the car, rebuilt the engine and brakes, serviced the differential, new shocks, new seals, replaced the top raising and lowering mechanism, fixed service little annoying electrical problems, etc. He sent videos all the way through the process. He also called me and asked questions about what I wanted. So I was involved (but, mercifully, not on my back) By way of example on detail oriented and pride in his work, I will describe what he did to fix the brakes: I wanted to keep the drum brakes to preserve the factory spinner hubcaps. He ordered new drums and the car pulled. He ordered a second set and the car still pulled. (Note: the drums were from China and the instructions said to turn them before installing. Really? Repair a new item before installing it?). So he found a disc brake kit that would allow me to keep the spinners. Did not fit. Ordered a second kit from somebody else. Did not fit. Finally, he had a custom kit made and it fit. Car does not pull. How many guys would go through that? I think most would say "good enough". This is not what Manny does. There is a similar story with the carburetor. So now the car runs great. I picked the right guy. Last item: he works on one car at a time. You gotta be patient and wait your turn. it's worth it.
