He kept the car, communicated with me all through the complicated fix! His prices are better than fair. Unfortunately, the brand new part that was put on was defective (2x) Sito never gave up on doing the diagnostic testing and worked diligently on getting the problem resolved. The customer service is unmatched and the entire crew is great! Everything from oil changes, maintenance, emissions and everything in between this is your go to for it all! I dropped off my truck as requested by Reynolds auto repair and ask to have the radiator fluid…read morereplaced including: flushing the radiator, replace upper and lower radiator hoses install new thermostat. They called me the next morning and said my vehicle was done and I could pick it up. I paid cash. I immediately noticed the upper and lower radiator hoses WERE NOT REPLACED. So I asked and was told it was not needed! The following morning I took my vehicle to burnet and white in Salisbury MD. They told me the fluid was not replaced and had a burnt orange tint.
