Four days after we were told our vehicle would be ready, we did not receive a single phone call. When our truck was finally ready it was not even a half an hour later and my boyfriend was again, stuck on the side of the road. Dennis was unapologetic and sent us on our way with no refund. This is our only vehicle and as I write this review, my boyfriend, who has already worked a ten hour day, is outside with a flash light trying to do what he can to get our truck running so it can take us to work in the morning. I'm not upset that we don't have a vehicle. I just don't understand how you can hire someone to do a job and they can act like you are inconveniencing them, take your money, and send you on walking. We will be taking legal action, in addition to vocalizing our experience to our neighbor consumers. Save yourself and a lot of money and go to another mechanic.

I consented to an oil change and asked the rep (nonmechanic) what the other terminology meant.... I left to get a second opinion. I AM SO HAPPY I WENT TO JUKES! Got a new battery so wasn't altinator because it still isn't turned on.. they took off my serpintine belt anther notes they said it was worn which it wasn't. They said my oil needed to be changed when it had gotten changed just right before my car overheated with full synthetic.. so I got my car back with power dead.. whatever they disconnected they couldn't admit to me that they took anything apart. Tried to tell me somehting could've happened during the tow back home.. which I dont understand how thay happens.. the tow truck went to get it and wouldn't start.. no power whatsoever and they kept making excuses instead of admitting they disconnected things.. I paid 500 just to get my car back in worse condition.. I needed a water pump changed out and they were gonna charge me 2500 for that said they have to disconnect the ac hoses when you don't its like 6 bolts just to change that out plus taking of serpintine belt.. it easily slides right in and out. So I decided not to and austin was unprofessional with me.. I have 3 jobs I need to attend to and they dont care that they messed up nor can admit they disconnected some things and may have not connected something back up right.. fuses were good relay switch was good alternator is good because a new battery it should work fine.. it didn't 0 power. The manager hung up on me cuz I was upset but of course im upset I paid alot just to get it diagnosed to have it come back worse and now I have to pay someone to figure out what they did wrong. I was hung up on several times the manager instead of trying to make it right for me he kept trying to tell me parts wear out and I don't see how they do that not started on the tow truck.. tested battery its good new battery got put in relay switch was good they disconnected somehting electrical and got salty because I decided not to go to them to get a water pump changed out for 2500.. they tried to make me change thermostat as well when I had just replaced it because I though that might be the problem.. replaced a heater bypass valve myself as well.. do not go here they will make things up.. ik I had some work to do on here but they treat people like they are stupid. They try to charge you for things you don't even need to be done.​

Then got told its something else that will be 1700.00 a high pressure fuel pump which can absolutely give you a false reading for the converter. Got them to to down to 1300 but literally took every dime I had. I BELIEVE THEY DO NOT CONFIRM THEIR FINDINGS WITH ACTUAL DIAGNOSISTIC ONLY FIX WHAT THE MACHINE TELLS THEM AND HOPE THAT'S RIGHT.
