I called and spoke Andrea and she listened to my frustration and she ended up waiting me to arrive which was closer to 6:45. There ended up being another nail in my tire. Jonathan, Sandra, & their Amazing Team of Techs, do an ganty job on my wife and I's vehicles…read more I was fortunate to locate them in 2021 (Moved from another part of TX) it can always be anxious finding service providers that you can trust, that do a quality job. Jonathan & Sandra earned my trust after my first oil chnage by not only performing the work I requested, but providing me an honest view of things I may need to consider 6 months & 12 months down the road for the lastingness of my vehicle. Jonathan & Sandra have always been clear & honest with me. They as well as their team are professional & courteous, and they never pressure me into a decision. They professionally consult & review with me, the integrity of my vehicle when doing basic maintenance/service, and they help me consider what can wait & what may need attention sooner for the longevity of my ride. We are lucky to have them as an Honest & Hard Working Small Business in the Buda/Kyle area. They even added a Waiting Room ( that they worked on themselves after hours) as they wanted to continue to build on the trust/relationship they were developing with customers, by a providing a better place for them to wait. They genuinely care about their customers & the well being of their vehicles. Fortunate to have someone in my corner who helps me keep my cars reliable/ready.

Almost $1300 for a $200 job!…read more Sadly this was the first and last time that I do business with Fabian It's starts with a Scan that he charges you to come do. He charged me $40 All this scanner does is give you codes. Nothing you can't get done at Autozone for free! I had done a process of elimination before he arrived to do his so called scan. When he arrived I told him I thought it was the fuel pump. He plugged up his fancy little toy and told me it fired off a computer code. (Never opened the hood). He charged me $40 and I got no information. He told me I would get a text with a estimate later that night. Wasting my time: Later that night I wait and nothing. Then he text me at 11:30pm told me I would get a estimate first thing in the morning. I was being patient. Next morning I text him to ask what was going on why this was taking so long. (No response). 2 days have gone by and nothing resolved. He then calls me and tells me my truck needs a Total Control Power Module (TIPM) from Dodge which he told me cost $1032. Then he told me he would charge $120 to install. At this point I was like what ever let's do it. I need this truck back on the road. He then told me he would try to find it cheaper. I have not heard from him since. I was convinced this was not the problem. I researched it the TIPM it had 10 chips of wires. And is held with latches. (Charge me $120 for a 10 min swap) I went back to my first thought. Long behold it was the fuel pump. $192 at O'reillys. Installed the pump myself turned the key and truck started right up. So to break it down. $1032 plus .08% tax puts the part at $1114.00 plus his $120 charge for labor(10 min swap) puts me at $1,234 and let's throw in $40( for the ridiculous so called scan) $1,274 total I would have spent with this guy $192 at O'reillys and I have a running truck! Thanks for nothing

I was directed into the service bay as soon as I drove in. It was 3 pm and not anyone ahead of me so service was immediate. I also asked them to check the bolts on the skid plate to ensure none of them were missing which they did. They went over prices for some other services I had asked about. Their prices were in line with other places I have been. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about what was needed at the various mileages on my truck. Total was $ 155.28 My coupon brought this down to $130.38. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. And didn't have to get soaked with engine oil lol I would definitely use them again.

Immediately, the young tiny gentleman had a look of disgust on his face as he approached my vehicle. He started off by saying, just to warn you, we may not have all the parts for service today. I told him I just need an oil change. He "checked" his electronic clipboard and sure enough, no oil filter for my type of vehicle. He said it is company policy that they have to replace the filter with every oil change? Why even have the business open on a holiday if no one is willing to provide service? Never giving them one cent of my business. If the owner needs a video clip of the interaction, my dash cam was running. I have a 2014 Mazda CX 5, in case the owner or manager would like to check inventory levels on 4th of July at around 10am.
