Owners Duc Huynh and his wife Dominique moved the concept to Park Hill in 2021 , and what they built here is hard to categorize in the best way. It's a craft coffee shop and boutique plant store in one -- and somehow both sides of that equation feel equally intentional rather than one being an afterthought. The menu leans into lavender lattes, Vietnamese iced coffee, and chai, alongside croissants and breakfast burritos -- a lineup that reflects the shop's AAPI-owned roots and a clear point of view on what coffee can be. The Vietnamese iced coffee in particular earns its reputation: rich, layered, and grounding in a way that a standard cold brew just isn't. The lavender latte is a regular on people's standing orders for good reason. The seating situation is worth noting -- swing chairs and limited spots mean arriving early on weekends pays off. Street parking is the move. Best for solo mornings, slow catch-ups with a friend, or anyone who wants to leave with a new plant and a drink they'll be thinking about on the drive home. It was a bit pricey at $12 but I regret absolutely nothing. The only thing keeping me from full marks is that it's not super stroller/baby friendly and these days that's important to me.
