Rather than hitting me with a high priced repair quote, they insisted on rechecking the Warranty. To my surprise, my iPad was still covered. Not many shops go the extra distance for you like this, these days. Bottom line. "But it's only the on/off switch," I bleated. They claimed it was all one component. (Spoiler alert: bullshit.) Then I contacted CPR. They quoted me less than half. I had to give them half of that ($50) so they would order the part. They kept me apprised every step of the way, and accurately managed my expectations. Then met them. When they received the part, I dropped off my phone. They helped me put it into maintenance mode; so my apps and data were protected. Yay! I got a call when the phone was ready.
