My first time looking for a carpet cleaner for my rental property. Out of the 5 people I contacted,…read moreLlyod was the first one to reply back to me. I was a bit concern since his quote was a lot cheaper than the others and some didn't even want to give me an exact quote until they could asses the condition. I had some red stains that they were going to charge extra and when I asked Llyod, he was 100% honest and said the chemicals cost $20 and even explained the technique in removing red stains! Not only that, he was able to make arrangements and come out to my property the next day and since I was not able to be on site during the cleaning, Llyod took care of me. His workers arrived during the scheduled window, got the job done and even sent me pictures once they were done. Payment over the phone was a breeze and throughout the entire transaction I got email/text updates. Fair pricing, honest, and quick. Will definitely recommend him for your carpet needs.

Wow! I have had a few carpet cleaners over the years but this guy tops them all!…read more Lloyd and his son, Tyler, rescued us on a Sunday! We had a dog who got sick and had an issue on the rug. They answered the phone on the first ring, we're very professional and came out a few hours later and made all my problems go away. Don't believe that bad review. It seems like people want something for nothing and get upset when you stand up to them. Lloyd was very thorough with me and gave me a firm price before he started the work. I will call him again next time I need my carpets cleaned.

When I was making calls to see who could come and clean our sofa, which was vomited on, they were the first to be able to quickly come out and with a reasonable price too! Then, they called about an hour before they were scheduled to come to see if they could arrive early. Even better? Best yet is that they saved our sofa in 30 minutes flat. I had tried to clean it myself with online tricks like baking soda and spray cleaners. I just made it worse. But Pro Fresh N All saved they day and our sofa. Let me respond to a couple of the criticisms I have seen here on Yelp. "The guys who come to do the service are young." It's true. They are. But I don't really care if you are a teenager as long as you can do the job. Who cares? They were late and didn't show up on time. I have had them our to our home three times now and they have either been right on time or a bit early with notice. They were confused about the services I needed. Again, I didn't have this problem, but I also wouldn't mind refreshing someone on exactly what needed to be done. They were "creepy." Not to us. They were kind, courteous, respectful, and conversant. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend them and am already talking to friends and family to recommend their services!

We recently had our entire home (carpets and tile) cleaned by Magician's Cleaning Solutions…read more PROS: -June, the owner, is a really nice guy. He seemed genuine, honest, and hard-working. -We thought the price was reasonable. -The carpets look renewed. -June gave us some helpful tips on how to keep our tile, grout, and carpet looking good. -He never once tried to up-sell us and he was straightforward regarding the cost from our first conversation. NEUTRALS: -Unfortunately, the cleaning didn't get rid of the dog and cat odor from the previous owners; however, we really didn't expect it to because we think the problem goes deeper (into the pads) than the carpet. But we do feel more comfortable letting the baby crawl around on the floor until we can afford new carpet, so that's good. -The tile looks OK. CONS: -June came to our home from another unexpected large job he had that day, and he seemed a little low on carpet cleaning products. Specifically, we spoke over the phone about a number of different carpet cleaning products he could use on our floor, and we agreed we would decide once he came out to the home. When he arrived, the choices were limited. The product he ended up using was fine, but we would have preferred to pick from the options he had described on the phone. Overall, we were pleased with the service and we feel very comfortable recommending Magicians Cleaning Solutions.

I didn't know how busy all the carpet cleaners would be at this time of the year since all the major and minor cleaners were backed up. I then read several great reviews on Yelp and my Nextdoor app regarding Services By Fleet and decided to contact them, knowing they may also not be available with the 5 day notice. I talked to Brian, the most down to earth, professional, and respectful guy you can ever talk to. Even though he had a jam packed schedule prior to Christmas, he made the effort to come do the job on the eve of my party. Not only was Brian a gentleman, he did a great job on the carpets he steam cleaned. My wife and I liked the fact that the steam cleaning was organic and used a natural way to sanitize, disinfect and deodorize fibers. The end result was amazing! With 2 boys under the age of four, some of the carpets had taken a beating with numerous stains and when Brian was done with the steam cleaning, they looked brand new and smelled super fresh. Also, his pricing was way better than any of the other carpet steam cleaners that we contacted. He also added a 10% Yelp discount! In my humble opinion, if you want your carpet steamed the right way and have them looking brand new and smelling good with a professional person who knows what the heck they are doing, Services By Fleet is the company to call. I know I'll definitely be calling Brian and Services By Fleet the next time I need my carpets cleaned and steamed the right way!
