Getting our bar drinks took forever. At one point we were waiting for something and she was a few tables down just chatting it up with other customers. She stayed at that table for at least 5 minutes which feels like forever when you're waiting for something. We went several times in the first several months after they opened and loved it. We went a few months ago and the service was bad, but we were hoping it was just a bad night so we decided to give them another chance. It was even worse. We will not be going back and I don't think it's going to stay in business if this is how it's being run.

Especially the meatballs, garlic knots, wings, and chicken tenders. The pizza is excellent and even the salads have been fresh and really well done. What really makes The Dugout stand out is the people. Sandy and Barrett have created such a welcoming atmosphere and you can tell they genuinely care about the experience. The staff - Katie, Cameron, Issac, AJ, and Connor are always friendly, attentive and make it a fun place to be. Definitely worth checking out!!!
