Now you have to go to the app on your phone (which can mean you have to put on reading glasses), and you have to wait for it to load, scan your member code, and clip coupons on your phone. It's a major pain in the neck. I always ask the employees to help me with it because I can't stand it. Plus, it slows down the line . I hope Balducci's will do away with this soon. When we go shopping, we don't want to have to do all of this to get savings. I would have given Balducci's 4 or 5 stars if it hadn't been for the app.
