Conveniently located near the Orlando County Convention Center and adjacent to Andretti Karting, this should be a favorite for convention groups as an after hours party site. HORRIBLE DONT COME HERE! JUST A TOURIST TRAP!!! If I could, I would give it zero out of 5 stars. I was so excited to come and visit this location over the weekend! When we first arrived we had to pay $15 up front then another $20 just to register, so a total of $35 just to have an opportunity to play! On top of that I had to pay $82 dollars for 90 minutes. This is honestly ridiculous due to the fact that you can go right down the street and pay $45 at drive shack for the same experience! Then we were constant pushed to start the game when only half my party wasn't even at the table because they needed to go to the bathroom before we play. They were only gone for 5 minutes. To top it off, the golf clubs were either broken or missing! The golf clubs were also separated by men and women which I thought was completely ridiculous and I had to argue with someone just to get a Men's driver. The service was also horrible and we were constantly being watched by the staff very strictly and they acted like they didn't want to be there. When out time finally ran out and it was time to go we ended up having a couple of extra golf balls so we just thought to hit them and leave. But, Before we could even get a chance to do this, a staff member came up to us and said we had way to many balls left and could not hit them. There were only 3 left. Which to me makes no sense as it didn't cost them anything and were were just wrapping up. However, what really made me mad was the fact that the people right next to us did the same exact thing and they didn't say a word to them and kept letting them hit passed the point of their game ending. They went on for another 5 minutes. Overall I will never go back to this place and would NEVER recommend this to anyone. I would recommend the drive shack as I have not had any problems and enjoyed all the times I have spent there. I will be going to Drive Shack because of the better prices with golf, drinks, and better food. We are always trying new experiences while having a positive attitude, and it is very disappointing to feel that they didn't bring the exact same attitude. So we will never be back!!! I'm not much of a golf person matter of fact if you asked me if I wanted to play golf I would tell you I'm not interested however we were here traveling from California and my husband went to one of these in Houston and was determined to get me to go try it out and I was so amazed I had such an awesome time and really wish that we had one located near us the closest one to us in California is six hours away I have no idea why there is two in Florida and Tampa and Orlando but the state of California only has one whoever the investors are in this company they need to get their selves it together because the Random town that the one is located in California is not a place where people really travel to there should be one in San Francisco Bay area and there should be one in Los Angeles area and San Diego area due to the large attraction of tourist as well as local residence they would make a fortune. I enjoy my time every time we go. Everything is great once you get going the games going. The problem we had was trying to reserve 2 bays next to each other without having to pay for a party. We had to just "get lucky" and show up an hour early and wait for something to open up even though we were ready to pay for 2 bays for 2+ hours and order food. I feel like this could be an easy thing to solve but caused a bit of stress for the 10 of us who were ready to reserve and pay for the areas. We were having a good experience until a useless, rude, unprofessional employee came in and KICKED THE BALLS AWAY from where we were playing, saying that were no allowed to play more than one ball at once. There are 3 floors of golfing and seeing 15-20 gold balls go up flying in the air was pretty spectacular. The cost is a little on the priced side but so worth checking out. Went to Topgolf in other locations and had a great time. This orlando location needs A LOT of work, sent my food back 3 times because it kept coming out cold, food wasn't as great as other locations. We had a $300 tab while waiting for 3 bays for over 2 hours, celebrating a friends birthday. Brought in a homemade cake that had 2 miniature bottles of Jameson on it, and they took a birthday shot with it, we then had a bartender come by and said we can't have outside liquor, we said okay we didn't know and it was already taken by then. 5 minutes later a manager came to us and said we had to leave for "breaking the rules" we explained to him that we didn't know and we even ordered a great deal of alcohol from the bar, and our bays were finally ready at that time. He kept insisting that we leave with a rude attitude. You would think they would warn us ahead of time, since the cake was brought through the lobby down stairs passing a bunch of employees that said nothing to us. We then spoke with upper management that was completely understanding and let us stay. Won't be back for awhile. read more

She was watching the football game on the TVs rather than listening to what we were specifically asking for ... which was annoying. Then we waited 30 mins for order order but nope, nobody knew what was happening. 40 minutes went past then 50, still no food. This was not looking good. We asked yet another waitress if she could find our food. She arrived two minutes later with it .. Yay!! Only one small problem. It was STONE COLD, almost as if it had been made one hour ago and then left just sitting. Not a great experience ... especially as coming here was my idea! I hate leaving negative reviews but really, somebody in the kitchen dropped the ball big time on this. Second time at this location and both were less than acceptable experiences. First time we waited nearly an hour for food and drinks to arrive while the bays surrounding us received multiple orders in the meantime. Last time I was here was this past Tuesday and we were given the option of waiting an hour for downstairs or 1.5-2 hours for upstairs so we let them know we would take whatever was quickest. We spent nearly 2.5 hours at the bar and decided to close out and leave because the front desk said we were still 6th on the list. Even after going to the check in desk a couple times to check on our status. It seemed like they didn't even remember to call us. The downstairs bar service was poor as well. It was just me and the 2 people I was with and I still managed to wait 10-15 minutes with an empty glass in front of me without having either of the bartenders ask if I needed anything else before I had to try harder to get their attention than I should have. Let me say that top golf is a wonderful looking state-of-the-art facility. I only wish that I would have been able to enjoy myself while I was there. I came with a group of six I had called ahead of time to discuss a promotion I had received via email. I spoke with two different sales managers and they confirmed it would be no issues upon arrival. After a two hour wait we finally make it to our golf bay. The promotion I received was buy one hour receive the second hour for free. We were greeted by our server and within 10 minutes of her arrival she left for change of shift and we were assigned a new server. When I Spoke with the first server She knew exactly what my promotion was and told me it would be no problem the second server however had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and required a manager to tell her what the promotion was. When the manager came to assist she stated that my promo code needed to be redeemed on an app to receive another promo code to enter into their computer. At this point my phone is dying from attempting to search and show them that I have a promo email that simply states "use this promo code" and says nothing about this double redemption. After all is said and done we were there for 1 hour, not 2. And we waited 2 hours to play for the 1 hour. The worst part about all of this, is that I called and planned ahead to make sure something like this wouldn't happen. I didn't even get to enjoy myself with my group of friends due to having to scroll through emails and screenshots and talking with 3 different top golf employees about the same exact story/situation. At this point good customer service/management would have given me the extra hour since I basically wasted the hour I paid for talking with them, but no they continued on and then proceeded to treat me like I was attempting to scam them or something. Second time going to this Top Golf location, game play and the drink/food server were great as always. I had a pretty crappy experience checking in with Gus, the guest service rep. He spared detail in his conversation with me on exactly how much we would wait, what floor looked open, etc. He was extremely unhelpful throughout the whole process, and did not live up to the TopGolf standard I have always experienced after 10+ times going. Our group of 8 that had a 93 year old wheelchair bound person was not given the proper attention required after making him aware. It felt like a bother every-time we approached him. To add to this, when we finally got our bay 40 minutes (regardless of having a reservation, and seeing several open bays), the rep registering our group was extremely unhelpful. He didn't explain anything, picked the game without even telling us.... practically didn't even greet us. I'm not one to leave reviews, but this experience left such a bad taste in my mouth, that I would honestly second guess coming to this specific Top-Golf location again. read more
