Reserving a bay was super easy, and it really wasn't as expensive as I expected. The four of us played for two hours, had a few drinks, and felt like we got our money's worth. The clubs were provided, and the games on the computer kept everyone entertained, regardless of skill level. It was raining while we were there, but it didn't affect us at all. The drinks were priced about what you'd expect at a Nashville bar, and two hours was the perfect amount of time for our group. Came here a few weekends ago. First time for our daughter and myself. My other half had a membership already so that was cool. We wanted to try something we never done and with me with an urge to take up golf probably this spring this was right up our alley. We had made plans on somewhere else to eat afterwards and decided to just order chips and salsa and they were some of the best salsa and warm chips that I've had in a very long time. What a scam. It's not really a driving range, so drop that expectation. You essentially rent your table and they make sure to use up all your time with slowing the process and mining your personal data. They hide prices and keep your bill a mystery until it's time to pay. A lot like Vegas or a cruise ship, they want you to forget the clock is ticking and the bill is rising. The food was presented well enough, but the quality is very low. They're counting on drunkards and teens to not notice its slop. Parking and check in process was simple enough. They have very few restrooms and the place didn't appear to be ADA compliant. In the future I'll opt for beers at the club house and a bucket of balls for the range. read more

Talk about a bargain. Topgolf on a Sunday is a bargain and a half! 40 bucks an hour for a bay!! The six of us rented a bay for a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon, and they assigned us bay #116. It was located on the bottom of the three tier complex. This being my first time ever at a Topgolf, it was just fine for me. However, I was told being elevated was more fun. Seeing how we were planning on having a few beers, and getting elevated in a different sense, having my feet planted on good ol terra firma suited me just fine. I saw nets overhead and wondered how many wayward golfers had made their way into their grasp. It wasn't going to be me, not on this occasion anyway. There are a number of different variations of golf related games that can be played. Everyone can be an expert no matter how young, old, or in my case, talent challenged. We could all be Tiger Woods, sans the golf club in the rear car window. One of our party didn't want to have anything to do with following game rules. He just wanted to address the ball and hit the s*** out of it. That he did. He peppered the back fence quite a few times, and cleared it at least three times! The rest of us swung, missed, chopped, and threw the ball out of frustration and laughter. A good time was had by all. Quick Tip: When it comes time for a couple glasses of beer, the server may suggest getting a pitcher. Well, that sounded good to us, so we took her up on that suggestion. The pitcher arrived and upon inspection it was a type that had a metal cooler in the center. This behemoth seemed to occupy a good portion of the pitcher. SERVICE Each floor has a bar and restaurant. You could eat there or order straight to your table. All bays have a touch-screen, making game selection and guest registration easy. The only issue is the accuracy of the ball tracking can get glitchy. We had to swing quite a few extra times for the ball to register for the games. III. My boyfriend and I stopped by to finally try out this location! We were told there was around a 1.5 hour wait. We live very close by so we were fine with the wait and put ourselves on the waitlist under his name and number. We repeated our phone number and name twice. We were told we would receive a text when a bay becomes available and we can begin the process. Well, we never heard back or received a text. Not sure if they got the number wrong, so we called Topgolf. We were connected to someone who works at a call center and they had to contact the Nashville location to confirm themselves where we were at on the waitlist. To our surprise, they said they don't see anyone with the name or number we provided on the waitlist. They told us we could add ourselves back on the waitlist but there would still be a wait. Doesn't rub me the right way. Mistakes happen all the time and I understand, just unfortunate. Word of advice, try not to be a walk-in on a busy day or you will be forgotten. They replied asking me to send them a dm but there's no way to do so how unprofessional We came to TopGolf for a bachelor party and had prepaid for our experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Shortly after arriving, we were essentially kicked out and denied service--no food, no alcohol--because staff claimed there had been a complaint that we were drunk. This was completely untrue, as no one in our group was intoxicated. It was our first time visiting and we were genuinely excited, but the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing and embarrassing. We're currently waiting on a refund, but regardless of the outcome, I wouldn't book with them again. The experience left a bad taste and ruined what should have been a fun celebration. It is helpful to find promo codes or sign up for emails so you get extra discounts like free birthday golf or discounts. The games are fun with little challenges like angry birds where you aim for different places or distance, exactly as it sounds. The food and drinks are pretty tasty, but again, pricey. I like the flatbread pizzas and for an entertainment place it's good for what you actually pay. Sometimes food is just okay at expensive activities, but the food is actually tasty. The only real downfall is that the equipment is heavily used, so it's not always the best quality. So as long as you know you aren't getting top of the line clubs and occasional tees that need replacing; it's fun. read more

So a lot to unpack here... we had a server named Angela or Amanda, I couldn't tell which she said, but she was older and English. We arrive and wait 10-15 minutes for a server, so we went to the bar to order drinks, not realizing we were even supposed to have a server. Finally our server comes and we all order a drink. One of our friends just moved to Nashville an didn't have their official license yet, just the paper copy (which is legal according to the DMV) but because its policy, they couldn't serve her a drink. Fine, we moved along and tried to have a great time regardless. I ordered drinks from the menu that came with vodka but asked if I could sub gin. She accommodated, but when we got the bill she saw she charged 5 extra dollars for a gin substitution but never told us. I wouldn't have ordered this drink if she had told me that it would be an 18$+ lemon drop. Mind you, I didn't ask for. Top shelf gin, just something comparable to the Smirnoff that was on their menu. The entire time we were there she avoided our bay, we heard and watched her going over to manager and servers talking about our group. It was such an uncomfortable situation and experience and it honestly ruined our friend's trip who came to visit from New York. Luckily after getting into an altercation with her where she stormed off while we were taking to her at the end, the manager Steve came over and did his best to make us feel welcome and rectify the situation. Unfortunately he could only do so much since it was the end of our time. This was by far the worst server experience I've ever had, and our entire group are all servers and bartenders. So it's best to assume you won't be able to walk in during date nights or spur of the moment. Reservations are needed. We've been here twice and the two experiences varied greatly. The first experience was perfect; staff were on it and so pleasant. The food was hot and delicious. The staff came often, but not overwhelming. This time around, it took a good 20 minutes for the waitress to come take our drink orders, and even longer for our meal order. When the pizza came out, it was just room temperature and not as delicious since it was cold. The flavors are still good, but it definitely sat for a while before it was brought out. When we were ready to check out, she charged it all to the same card instead of splitting food and golf into two checks as preferred. You would think the weekday would have been better than the initial as the weekend, but no, our weekend trip was better. As far as the weather and settings, even on the most humid day, it wasn't awful. In the winter it was comfortable. In the summer, it was hot but I wasn't sweaty. Just muggy. The fans kept it comfortable. The decks are evenly spaced so if you are near someone else, you don't feel on top of them, but some groups do get rowdy and loud. We booked our reservation several days in advance and followed the instructions to arrive 30 minutes early. Upon arrival, we tried to check in at the desk, but were brushed off with a vague comment that we'd receive text instructions 15 minutes before our scheduled time. We waited, but the lack of communication and assistance was frustrating. Our party included 12 people, but only 2 had been before. It consisted of two adults and ten children. We didn't want to waste a significant portion of our two-hour reservation just getting everyone set up. The booths we were assigned had been open the entire time we were waiting, which added to the confusion. The registration process itself wasn't difficult, but we received no help until we had to ask--clearly frustrated--for assistance. We finally got started about 30 minutes into our reservation. Once we began playing, the experience improved. The game selection was great, the food was enjoyable, and our host did a good job keeping drinks filled and checking in occasionally. Overall, the visit was okay, but it could have been much better with more attentive and welcoming service from the staff. Hospitality matters, especially when you're hosting a large group. read more

I've been to TopGolf several times and have a great time each time we visit. The Bloody Mary is pretty good, but not the best in town. I love the cheesy Mac bites, they are a crowd pleaser. On our recent visit there was a little miscommunication on which bay we reserved and it was not ready until 10-15 mins after your reservation time, but that didn't cut into our play time so it was totally fine. read more

Went with a group of 8 and had a reservation booked a few days out. When we arrived we went to two bays which were connected. Initially I and a friend ordered a drink at the bar on the main floor which took a weirdly long time to arrive... and then we were given the wrong drinks. Bartender comped the drinks and was polite so I consider that no harm, no foul. The golfing was a completely different story. Both bays we were in had horrible calibration and only about 1 in every 10 balls which we hit counted. We told our bay host, Daniel (who otherwise did a great job and had nothing to do with the calibration issues). My group of 4 paid for 2 hours and got through one complete game. Luckily the manager who's name I don't know offered us a whopping 15% off which she later changed to $30 flat (for what we paid was actually LESS than 15% of our final bill). TopGolf staff came to the bay and actually the saw the issues, got maintenance to come work on it which didn't fix the issues, and basically shrugged and said "oh well". I've been to Top Golf all over the country and I think I would rather sit at home and imagine a game of golf than pay money at this establishment. read more

My first visit to TopGolf(though we had tried previously but the wait was just too long). This time we had a reservation and our bay was ready almost right on time! It helped that I was with a group who had been before as they quickly got me up to speed on how things worked. One of the staff saw us struggling to get a group picture and offered to take it for us so we could get the course in the background. Our regular server was quite friendly and checked in just enough, didn't feel like we were being harassed but she didn't abandon us either. We ordered a pitcher of beer and one of the glasses wasn't clean, which she attended to quickly and courteously. Playing is fun, even though I'm not a golfer. Anyone can enjoy some success!
